    Thank you for your wonderful video! I have done so much research on all of my health issues & didn’t believe I actually had fibromyalgia. I thought this diagnosis was given when a doctor can’t figure out what is wrong with you. Your explanation of this condition & how it affects the body is exceptional! All of my research on how to heal each aspect of my body is all put together in your video. You are an amazing doctor & truly gifted to understand this condition!!!

      I appreciate your comment, thank you! I was of the same mindset until seeing this video today; I didn’t believe fibromyalgia was real, despite a diagnosis with it, but now it all makes sense! I’ve had a lot of trauma in my life (physical & emotional), and IBS since early childhood. I hope you’re doing better since you left your comment 6 months ago.

    Depression is also linked to inflammation. Some Evolutionary Biologists have theorized that humans evolved depression behavior as a response to trauma because in our hunter gatherer past, trauma was strongly correlated with physical injuries caused by a predator or a rival tribe, and physical injuries always result in inflammation. In our Paleolithic past, depression behavior such as low social acivity, less sleep, etc was an adoptive behavior to not only lower our exposure to predators and rival humans, but also helped our ancestors in avoiding bacterial infections and flesh eating parasites like old world screwworm species to their wounds.

    I have fibromyalgia, and I have very bad sleeping issues is GABA and melatonin safe to take for sleep long term? And do they affect the heart?

    • @drrajsree
      @drrajsree  7 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Yes GABA is generally a safe supplement to take longterm. Melatonin doses 3 mg or less are safe to take long term. Higher doses of Melatonin are fine short term but long term will suppress natural melatonin production.

      @drrajsree I have LEAKY GUT and am now suffering from FIBROMYALGIA. I am experiencing all symptoms described in the video. I have migraines from MSG, autolyzed, hydrolyzed, nutrional yeast and wheat, soy, tofu, wine, vinegar intolerance for 40+ years. Recently food poisoning from shrimp and rice, probably resulting in SIBO. Suffering from ACID REFLUX for over 10+ years and current. Fighting toe nail fungus for all my life. I'm in a lot of pain due to the over growth of fungus or bacteria or GUT DYSIOSIS. I have watched these videos on repeat. My question, if I purchased: Electrolyte Powder, Methyl B Complex, Reality Binder, Selenium, L Glutamine, IgG Guard, DHEA, Pregnenolone, Adrenal Support B5 and DGL...do I still need to purchase Candida Support?

      @@drrajsreeI am trying to clean up my gut-detox, heal my gut & calm sympathetic nervous system, support my adrenal & thyroid. Also trying to cure ACID REFLUX, LEAKY GUT, not cause KETO FLU, getting rid of TOE NAIL FUNGUS and above all, not cause any MIGRAINE HEADACHES.

      @drrajsree I had a horrible experience one night. My eyes closed, as I was reaching to turn on the light, the whole room was SPINNING! The day before, I suspected I ate some under cooked or contaminated seafood. FOOD POISON. It felt as if I had drank copious amounts of alcohol and you get that dizzy sensation. I experienced vomiting, diarrhea, convolution, hypersensitivity, nerve tingling sensation. All of that now adding to acid reflux, MSG intolerance, fungus in my toes. My electrolytes are probably of balance too. Am I just a walking Ballon filled with nitrogen, methane, hydrogen! The only way I feel some kind of relief if I burp, poop💩 or fart. I'm trying to detox, implement key supplement, heal my gut, calm sympathetic nervous system & support my adrenals. With all of that sad will I be able to take ALL the supplements you suggest in your videos. I've counted all the them and the amounts equal 16 bottles?

    i don't mean to oversimplify but it seems that healing the gut and keeping it healthy is the key to healing or improving a lot of issues?? i'm insulin resistant and working hard to get my glucose down. i read high glucose can be one cause of leaky gut; is that your understanding? also, thanks to following your leaky gut supplement protocol, i no longer have to take dao! i'll be staying on a low hist diet for a long time but wow, i'm so grateful for the improvement. thanks so much for your videos! you are very appreciated. oh. and this. my allergist told me she doesn't believe in hist intolerance so i knew i was on my own. now i'm working on my fibro. baby steps.

    He prescribed me berberine,l glutamine, betaine HCl, digestive enzymes.( 2times each suppliment.)I am using them from Oct to till now . In India it is summer now my question is why I am getting motions although I am using the prescribed medicines.( Till February my bowel movements are normal i used to go 2 or 3 times with hard stools) from March 10 I am getting motions. Mam is this due to summer weather or anything else. May I know your thoughts on this problem. I also experiencing hotness in my stomach in summer is this due to leaky gut mam.

Why not WHO look into this and provide this treatment all over world like covid. In India allopathy, homeopathy, aurveda but in chronic condition all are money makers.
