This was a game changer. Really started seeing the biggest improvements when I started to manage my stress correctly. It truly falls into so many categories. Whenever you're in a stressful situation AKA fight or flight you are literally burning through the body's resources and nutrients that it cannot replenish quick enough. This is where having a correct supplement factor does come in to effect. Once you're able to get the body in a better balancing yin & yang That's when you can slowly back off of a supplement protocol because your body is actually able to not overstimulate and burn through your nutrients so fast.
Amazingly, all of the treatments in this video were prescribed to me by my functional medicine doctor 11 MONTHS AGO for my debilitating Long Covid fatigue (Along with some peptide therapies). It's working for me, only I'm doing even more than that. I'm also taking stem cell precursors (the eight essential glyconutrients--no worries, they're only about 3 calories. Only carbs can make stem cells, however, if you are getting bone marrow broth during carnivore, carbs already made those stem cells therein due to the animal's glyco and/or carnivorous diet). I'm also doing this while on hcg because it "resets" body balance. That means the fats come from me, so I'm eating very little fat currently. Once I have no more excess fat stores, I will go off hcg and continue with a high fat mostly carnivore diet until I'm better. Then I'll be gradually adding minimal amounts of other whole nutrients within moderation that I grow myself. As I do this one at a time, I'll be able to tell which foods are the most problematic. I think a lot of the issue with plant foods also has to do with the chemicals with which they are contaminated. There is no way that every single plant can possibly be bad for us when they are pure and eaten with extreme moderation. But I believe that animal protein should be kept within boundaries as well. No food is a free-for-all any more than excess water is.

If you are a post 45 year old woman (or earlier, for many people) you LIKELY have insufficient pregnenolone, a precursor hormone to all steroid hormones. I have found the most remarkable improvement in inflammation and subsequently improvement in vitality and quality of life by supplementing pregnenolone…more so than ANY other substance I have tried. And I’m 53 with young children who need a lot of energy from their Mom. So, I’ve tried a lot of things. Pregnenolone is not a pregnancy hormone, despite its name. Men need it too, and the gym-focused (optimize the body-focused) circles are talking about it a lot right now. Listen, bc it has changed my life, and might be just the (very simple, inexpensive, OTC) thing you need! I take 100 mg daily, and often more. Divide the doses (or you might get an headache from excess at once) and learn to feel when your body needs more. Hormones matter more than precise food monitoring. Look at what most kids eat (or forget to eat, in order to achieve basically boundless energy) to drive home the point.

Vagus Nerve biggest thing at the minute. Use Yoga , CBD , Cold shock therapy, and even music like the Amen break which modulate the Vagus nerve. Food you want Organ meat and Kefir and anything rich in thiamine(B1 and B12). Ive used this protocol for MS for years.
@marsMonkeyy CBD or cannabidiol is a cannabanoid that is present in some cultivars of Cannabis. It is non psycho active and valued for its anti-inflammottary properties, as well as being an anti oxidation. You can buy CBD oil nearly everywhere but be wary and do some research before purchasing as there are many fake products out there. Many people report CBD being beneficial for pain and its ability to calm the body and mind , this is probably due to its modulation of the endo cannabanoid system and the Vagus nerve.
This is great. In addition, the best thing I know of to reduce cortisol and inflammation in the brain is phosphatidylserine. 200mg 3x/day of the liquid softgel form. Swanson brand seems to be the least expensive.
I wonder if this would work on post-viral-fatigue that's decades old? After two years of repeated exposure to my father's DDT bug bombs, at age 7 I got chicken pox so bad that I was covered with fist-size blisters for months. Upon returning to school I immediately caught mumps that lasted for months. Then the cold sores. Then a few years later, mono. Basically the human herpes virus family was trying to kill me off. Each subsequent infection left me me progressively more impacted by ME/CFS. Then the mold exposures started and I became disabled as a result of the compounded infections and mold exposures. I struggled on for twenty years, then the second P-shot for "the virus" put me down so hard that I've been housebound since. I've tried a lot of things over the years, but the shot has me down for nearly three years now. My life has been lost to post viral fatigue. It would be nice if there was something that would help even long-term post viral fatigue like mine.
Have you tried nicotine gum/patches and micronized zeolite? This has helped me a lot, about 80% recovered so far from long covid. Humic acid works for me aswell.
@r.1599 ! For viruses you got like chicken pox, mumps herpis etc., take neem powder, make balls of peanut size and swallow or mix with water and drink. Eat bitterguard curry, salad twice in a week.
@@Praise-Jesus00 No, I haven't tried those. I am extremely sensitive to chemicals and supplements, so have to be _very_ careful with anything I try. It's fantastic that these have helped you feel better. Thanks so much for your suggestion. 😊
Have you tried DNRS or Gupta program? I have been dealing with similar stuff for years and slowly getting somewhat better. Started carnivore diet last week and its the first food-based diet that has really made a positive difference. Next I am going to do the Gupta program. Answers are coming, esp out of the UK and Australia. You have to detox your liver ( gently ) and address the biofilm in your body that is most likely blocking your immune system from clearing out the old virus cells and virus detritus. Nattokinase and serropeptase are key for that. KEEP GOING!
@@LMaGillicutty99 Both the DNRS and Gupta sound like CBTs, which I have done in the past. Serropeptase didn't have any effect but I'm thinking about trying it again. Nattokinase sounds like it could be worth trying despite my soy allergy (although it has caused anaphylaxis in some people with soy allergy). A carnivore diet will not work for me because, along with the increase in extreme fatigue that came with the shot, now when I eat red meat, my kidney function drops down to below 45%. But I _did_ find something that has almost completely taken away my pain... L-Lysine. I started taking 500 mg of L-Lysine a few months ago (got a bad case of cold sores, and 1000 mg gives me headaches) and the bad pain that had been crippling me went away! When the cold sores stopped, I stopped the L-Lysine, and the pain returned. So I started taking it again, and the pain went away. Now I take 500 mg every night and I have been almost completely pain free for months! Since L-Lysine suppresses the Human Herpes Virus family, it's clear to me that these viruses have been causing a lot of problems for me my whole life. Their effect has been compounded somehow by the shot. Being more or less pain free has given me a lot of freedom I haven't had since the 2nd shot in 2021. I will look into nattokinase. Thank you for passing along your experiences and advice. I truly appreciate it. 🤍
A less expensive option is to buy the right TENS unit with ear clippers (or stick the normal pads on the vagal nerve spots on the neck). I stimulated the vagus nerve this way twice a day for three months, but unfortunately no results. Now I'm doing the high dose B1-protocol, I'm four months in but still no results. Also trying the brain retraining, and I think this is the most effective. It gives you more insight in what is happening in your body and mind, and how this affects each other.
Great content, as always, Elliot. It fits in with other information I have been gathering and experiences with some of the supplements you mention. Thanks for your devotion to helping us on this incredible journey to health!

This is simply a glorified commercial for a product that does not balance the autonomic nervous system but only increase one side. I have spent 100,000 hours studying chronic fatigue syndrome and in >50% of patients it is due to excess, not underactive, parasympathetic. And the video never mentions how most need the opposite of what this device does. Like me they need less vagal tone, not more! Videos like this that do not understand what they are talking about are dangerous. Sounds crazy, but I kid you not: cabbage juice. Fresh or fermented 8oz at least X2 a day. Got rid of my stomach ulcer in less than a week. Get a head of green cabbage, cut into chunks, blend to a fine pulp with water, strain out the fiber with cheese cloth, store juice in fridge. Fresh is actually pleasantly "sweet" tasting despite the cruciferous stank.
Raw garlic - cut in pieces and swallow like pills daily. Also, you need to re-acidify your stomach. H pylori loves neutral pH. It gets in and makes itself at home if your stomach acid is weak, and then sets to work making your stomach less and less acidic for its own comfort. Betaine Hcl and zinc can help. You can also mix apple cider vinegar with water. Best not to drink the ACV straight, as strong acids can damage tooth enamel.
Try to get checked for endocarditis. You may want to keep track of when and how symptoms occur and exactly how high the fever is. Sometimes it's a thyroid problem, other times it could be a neurological issue or systemic illness. If you had a virus infection one time, those symptoms could also come up with a resulting ME/CFS. And try to cut down on sugar and processed foods to keep inflammation down. I hope it's something minor. Good luck and get well soon.

Methylene blue has made me feel so much better ( but you CANNOT take it with anti depressants!) Do your research there’s plenty about it on TH-cam)
Have had CFS for 36 yrs. Nothing works.

@@albineg Indeed. I find sauna work highly beneficial for MS and long covid .
@r.1599 !
🤍
My life since around 12 years old. Moving toward carnivore, started high B1. We will see. Thank you EO.

I'm sorry for what your going through, I would advise to build a protocol. Fight back with as many healthy weapons in your Arsenal as possible. Start slow, but push through the chronic fatigue don't let it beat you .
Pushing through is what bedbound and tube-fed people cite as what led them to deterioration. Follow the work of the Open Medicine Foundarion, Health Rising newsletter, ME Action, and other charities who are giving responsible management advice and pushing for medical research that will lead to treatments.

I have seen many other of his videos, but in this one is likely to make many or most with chronic fatigue worse, not better, and seems done for $$ product.
Ya I have tried everything and I am really not able to kick my chronic fatigue the worst thing about it is I am starting to develop other symptoms recently like over stimulation issues with sound and even smells.
So what are you suggesting as a remedy instead?
Could you please explain a little bit more on Detail?
If they have adrenal fatigue or defective vagal tone then no simulation will help them. That doesn't nullify this advice.
Do you have a source re: parasympathetic dominance?

Hey mate, is their anything you would recommend for h pylori?
Antibiotic

I get occasional fevers when my body or mind is stressed. chills in the evening. no idea what to test for.
Good luck and get well soon.

really wondering why they nare called 'supplements'..
Sometimes food alone is insufficient, that’s all. A system that’s under duress, whose functions are challenged needs even more nourishment and a boost to regain healthy function.
Our food supply barely contains the nutrients we need anymore. Thats why. But the suplement market is also a dark world, lots of crap is being sold, people need to be weary and make sure there is positive effect from their suplements or else they probably have been ripped off. And also check if the ingredients used are of good quality. No one should pay for magnesium oxide if you need to battle magnesium deficiency for example. Or pyridoxine hcl to battle B6 deficiency, that crap will make your situation way worse.
