Also, keep in mind that vagus nerve damage also occurs from poor neck posture. Cervical instability causes massive cervical nerve problems that give people tons of horrible symptoms that most doctors cannot understand why. You can also look in the mirror see if your uvula (the dangling thing in the back of your throat) is deviated (curved to one side). This indicates a damaged vagus nerve

100% correct. I've suffered this and am currently seeking to remedy it. No doctor I've seen has diagnosed this syndrome, so it is vastly overlooked. There are two doctors on youtube who are now addressing vagus nerve/stomach issues and the corresponding side-effects. If you haven't subscribed to The Nerve Doctors here on youtube, I'd suggest doing so. They have amazing information to repair nerves. Right now I am eating primarily living, raw foods - fruit, melons, berries, salads, etc. so as to remove acidosis that wear the sheathing from the nerves. I also juice cabbage, carrot, spinach, beet and apple to repair the gut lining and to heal ulcerative conditions. Cabbage is the greatest ulcer healer in the world bar none. Two good supplements are Benfotiamine and R-alpha lipoic acid. Alkalize the body so it can heal itself. Remember, nothing comes from nothing out of nowhere. These issues occur due to something we do that we shouldn't and/or something we're not doing that we should. Monitor dietary habits to see what affects you in a negative way. Avoid sugar, dairy, too much dead, cooked, denatured animal products, prcessed garbage, etc. Dr. Robert Morse has many videos on how to heal. He's been practicing for 50-years with a 90% success rate using fruit, melons, berries and herbs. He cannot be refuted with his track record. He is also on Rumble. 🙂

Having struggled with Lyme symptoms for a year after I tested free of the infection, I resonate with all of the folks who are experiencing "long haul" post viral symptoms. I must say though, there is a liberating aspect to a significant amount of the population having direct awareness of this, so that ignorant doctors can no longer infer that one is a hypochondriac.

I have had lyme, babesia and rmsf since 2015. I had to leave my state just to get a diagnosis. I suffered CNS damage from untreated lyme that the doctors said I was making up. Even after I brought back the lab results showing all were positive and active the dumba$$es just shrugged it off

Any doctor that implies (or quietly infers) that someone with post viral fatigue or ME/CFS is a hypochondriac, isn't a person that's truly interested in doing all they can for their patient (including upgrading their education and reading the studies...but that would require humility). In other words, a bad doctor. I too, am glad that there was research done on post viral fatigue while the money lasted.

I had stress/anxiety that would not respond to these tips. I could meditate and crochet all day while doing breathing exercises and listening to sounds of nature, it didnt go down. Only taking thiamine, B12 and vit D finaly brought my inner peace back. I suspected it to be my vagus nerve but it wasnt too easy finding something that would work. Eliot helped me to find the right way out of this hell I went through. A lifesaver where doctors here did nothing but testing my thyroid over and over again. Just saying that sometimes stress is caused sometimes by deficiencies or malfunctions of the body due to malnutrition, then living mindfull will not cure it. This was a game changer. Really started seeing the biggest improvements when I started to manage my stress correctly. It truly falls into so many categories. Whenever you're in a stressful situation AKA fight or flight you are literally burning through the body's resources and nutrients that it cannot replenish quick enough. This is where having a correct supplement factor does come in to effect. Once you're able to get the body in a better balancing yin & yang That's when you can slowly back off of a supplement protocol because your body is actually able to not overstimulate and burn through your nutrients so fast.

It's working for me, only I'm doing even more than that. I'm also taking stem cell precursors (the eight essential glyconutrients--no worries, they're only about 3 calories. Only carbs can make stem cells, however, if you are getting bone marrow broth during carnivore, carbs already made those stem cells therein due to the animal's glyco and/or carnivorous diet). I'm also doing this while on hcg because it "resets" body balance. That means the fats come from me, so I'm eating very little fat currently. Once I have no more excess fat stores, I will go off hcg and continue with a high fat mostly carnivore diet until I'm better. Then I'll be gradually adding minimal amounts of other whole nutrients within moderation that I grow myself. As I do this one at a time, I'll be able to tell which foods are the most problematic. I think a lot of the issue with plant foods also has to do with the chemicals with which they are contaminated. There is no way that every single plant can possibly be bad for us when they are pure and eaten with extreme moderation. But I believe that animal protein should be kept within boundaries as well. No food is a free-for-all any more than excess water is.

Although these new vagus nerve stimulation technics look very interesting, they don't adress the root cause of the chronic fight or flight which is in the lymibic system and amygdala (Brain), DNRS and Gupta are made to adress this blockage in fight or flight of the brain which in turn affects the vagus nerve to put the whole body in rest and digest permanently, The thing with vagal neurostimulation is that when you stop it the problems come back because you didn't adress the source of the fight/flight, so you are dependent on the device. DNRS and gupta are made to be practiced from 6 months to a few years depending on the person and then you are good to stop it once you're in remission, And the success rates are very high, especially for DNRS which is very organised and needs a lot of discipline, you just need to have that discipline, Which is not easy but gets better with time.

If you are a post 45 year old woman (or earlier, for many people) you LIKELY have insufficient pregnenolone, a precursor hormone to all steroid hormones. I have found the most remarkable improvement in inflammation and subsequently improvement in vitality and quality of life by supplementing pregnenolone…more so than ANY other substance I have tried. And I’m 53 with young children who need a lot of energy from their Mom. So, I’ve tried a lot of things.
Pregnenolone is not a pregnancy hormone, despite its name. Men need it too, and the gym-focused (optimize the body-focused) circles are talking about it a lot right now. Listen, bc it has changed my life, and might be just the (very simple, inexpensive, OTC) thing you need!
I take 100 mg daily, and often more. Divide the doses (or you might get an headache from excess at once) and learn to feel when your body needs more.
Hormones matter more than precise food monitoring. Look at what most kids eat (or forget to eat, in order to achieve basically boundless energy) to drive home the point.

You can buy CBD oil nearly everywhere but be wary and do some research before purchasing as there are many fake products out there. I wonder if this would work on post-viral-fatigue that's decades old? After two years of repeated exposure to my father's DDT bug bombs, at age 7 I got chicken pox so bad that I was covered with fist-size blisters for months. Upon returning to school I immediately caught mumps that lasted for months. Then the cold sores. Then a few years later, mono. Basically the human herpes virus family was trying to kill me off. Each subsequent infection left me me progressively more impacted by ME/CFS. Then the mold exposures started and I became disabled as a result of the compounded infections and mold exposures. I struggled on for twenty years, then the second P-shot for "the virus" put me down so hard that I've been housebound since. I've tried a lot of things over the years, but the shot has me down for nearly three years now. My life has been lost to post viral fatigue. It would be nice if there was something that would help even long-term post viral fatigue like mine.

Have you tried DNRS or Gupta program? I have been dealing with similar stuff for years and slowly getting somewhat better. Started carnivore diet last week and its the first food-based diet that has really made a positive difference.
Next I am going to do the Gupta program. Answers are coming, esp out of the UK and Australia.
You have to detox your liver ( gently ) and address the biofilm in your body that is most likely blocking your immune system from clearing out the old virus cells and virus detritus. Nattokinase and serropeptase are key for that.
      KEEP GOING!

@@LMaGillicutty99 Both the DNRS and Gupta sound like CBTs, which I have done in the past. Serropeptase didn't have any effect but I'm thinking about trying it again. Nattokinase sounds like it could be worth trying despite my soy allergy (although it has caused anaphylaxis in some people with soy allergy). A carnivore diet will not work for me because, along with the increase in extreme fatigue that came with the shot, now when I eat red meat, my kidney function drops down to below 45%.
But I _did_ find something that has almost completely taken away my pain... L-Lysine.
I started taking 500 mg of L-Lysine a few months ago (got a bad case of cold sores, and 1000 mg gives me headaches) and the bad pain that had been crippling me went away! When the cold sores stopped, I stopped the L-Lysine, and the pain returned. So I started taking it again, and the pain went away. Now I take 500 mg every night and I have been almost completely pain free for months! Since L-Lysine suppresses the Human Herpes Virus family, it's clear to me that these viruses have been causing a lot of problems for me my whole life. Their effect has been compounded somehow by the shot. Being more or less pain free has given me a lot of freedom I haven't had since the 2nd shot in 2021.
I will look into nattokinase. Thank you for passing along your experiences and advice. I truly appreciate it.

This is simply a glorified commercial for a product that does not balance the autonomic nervous system but only increase one side. I have spent 100,000 hours studying chronic fatigue syndrome and in >50% of patients it is due to excess, not underactive, parasympathetic. And the video never mentions how most need the opposite of what this device does. Like me they need less vagal tone, not more! Videos like this that do not understand what they are talking about are dangerous. I have seen many other of his videos, but in this one is likely to make many or most with chronic fatigue worse, not better, and seems done for $$ product.

Get a head of green cabbage, cut into chunks, blend to a fine pulp with water, strain out the fiber with cheese cloth, store juice in fridge. Fresh is actually pleasantly "sweet" tasting despite the cruciferous stank.

    • @sarahwong5592

Raw garlic - cut in pieces and swallow like pills daily. Also, you need to re-acidify your stomach. H pylori loves neutral pH. It gets in and makes itself at home if your stomach acid is weak, and then sets to work making your stomach less and less acidic for its own comfort. Betaine Hcl and zinc can help. You can also mix apple cider vinegar with water. Best not to drink the ACV straight, as strong acids can damage tooth enamel.

Sometimes it's a thyroid problem, other times it could be a neurological issue or systemic illness. If you had a virus infection one time, those symptoms could also come up with a resulting ME/CFS. And try to cut down on sugar and processed foods to keep inflammation down. I hope it's something minor. Good luck and get well soon.
