      Hello Dr
      Iam from Kochi , Kerala. My husband had undergone 2 ancheoplasties 2007 and 2017 respectively. He used to have pain on chest sometimes on and this can occurs anywhere in his body. Once we press the area gas will get released through mouth and the pain gets subsided . Issued many doctors here but didn't get any explanation. Can you help me with your reply.
      Sometimes he happened to have some blood stains on his dhoti which he tells may be due to some scratches as he is on statin. But I took him to a gastroenterology and took blood occult test the result was negative .But for the past 3 years have has almost lost some 10 kgs. Pls give me a reply

      @@tmvijayalakshmi2896 Good to hear from you in Kerala! Thanks for watching my videos. I'm sorry to hear about your husband's health. It's hard for me to advise from here, but it's possible he could have SIBO. Please watch my video on SIBO, and you can ask his gastroenterologist for a SIBO breath test to diagnose this condition.

      I’m a negative 3.2 hip & -3.5 spine. My DEXA from 2022. I’ve compression fractured up and down my spine. Every spine specialist I’ve seen says I need to take bone meds. Less than 2 years ago I could stand and walk straight. I’m so afraid to take any pharmaceutical bone medication.

    1st time here. This video is a keeper. Thank You. I'm 58 and do 100 jumping jacks at least twice a week. I eat a whole food diet now. I'm 4 years off drugs and alcohol and cigarettes. I can whip a jump rope, hopefully I can learn some cool jump rope moves with my feet before I croak. Who says you can't teach an old dog new tricks. My goal is 100 loops un interrupted.Right now 75 makes me proud. Cheers to bone health and bone density. 1st time in my life I care about me.

      Please go out and buy yourself a rebounder. This is way better than doing jumping jacks on a floor or outside which will wear down your joints. I can testify how it really does help and also it helps your whole immune system. Please don't take my word for it look it up. I'am 74 and care.

    I'm thrilled to find a Dr of natural medicine than all of these other doctors who have no clue about natural solutions. I was told years ago from my wonderful Indian Doctor that I must go all natural, because of terrible side affects from all drugs. He also said that I have arthritis through my lower back and spine and also my chiropractor took a x-ray of my spine and it showed a crooked spine and other problems. What has helped me for many years is doing a light bounce on a rebounder and also on a vibration machine. Many people can't do a lot of exercise but could jump on a rebounder, which is fantastic for the whole immune system. I hope this will help many precious people especially if they have fatty liver issues jumping on a rebounder is fantastic for this health issue besides diet. I don't expect a responce but I can tell you that these things work for your health etc.

    Hello Doctor and many thanks for your instructive videos packed with rich information. You explain everything so clearly and go to the root of the problem that is simply amazing. I discovered your website last year and watched many videos with great attention. I take notes for my future reference. Your videos are so rich that I have to pause repeatedly not to miss a point. Well-done and a great thank you.
    One question about this subject: Acidic diet is bad for bones, I understood that, but how about Kimchi, Sauerkraut, etc. Are they not acidic? Should one avoid them to help?

    • @drrajsree
      @drrajsree  2 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      Fermented foods are good for the gut microbiome. Although they have an acidic pH because they are made from vegetables they are still alkaline on the body. Just like lemon-water is technically considered alkaline on the body.

    I was misdiagnosed with osteopenia 20 years ago after a doctor took dexta of my wrist. I was having generalized pain. Luckily, I had the knowledge to know the doctor was a quack and wanted to get me on those bisphosfate meds so I would develop side effects and get trapped in his practice.
    I went to another doctor who did a full body Dexta test on me and it shows no signs of bone disease. He did a DNA test to see if I had RA ( Rheumatoid Arthritis). I didn't have that idea.
    My vitamin D3 levels were dangerously low. He started me in vitamin D3 and magnesium. No pain to this day.
    Thank God I have an RN degree to know to seek another opinion

    I am 66 years old. I have osteoporosis. My last DEXA showed a decline two years ago. I finally decided to go on Prolia. My next DEXA is scheduled for next February. If there is no improvement, what would be your recommendation? I exercise five days per week, I take a probiotic, I worked with a dietitian to get my microbiome on track (I do have some SIBO and Leaky Gut), and I eat leafy greens and try very hard to eliminate gluten and dairy. I do have hypothyroidism and take Levothyroxine. The only thing I haven't tried is hormone replacement. I am 5'1/2 inches tall and weigh 98 lbs. I used to weigh 103 lbs. I love your videos. I have recommended these to a few of my friends and relatives. Thanks for your inspiration.

    • @drrajsree
      @drrajsree  9 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Usually the problem in kidney stones is not calcium, but oxalates (found in foods like spinach, chard, almonds). Citrate present in Calcium or Magnesium citrate helps bind the oxalates and prevent kidney stones. Thanks so much for watching! 😊

    I did Prolia for almost three years when my doctor finally discovered the 2000 calcium he told me to take daily. Well when osteoporosis got worse instead of better he ordered xray with bone density. The X-ray showed the calcium went to my main aorta of the heart and caused an aneurysm of 4.5. He was angry I stopped it and couldn’t take foxamax as it killed my stomach. I know take lots of d3, I have white skin and had melanoma so been warned not to go in sun. Seems it’s hard for me to get my D 3 high as it should be. I keep increasing. I take k2/m7, and magnesium. Other vitamins but not calcium.

      B12 can affect nerves so I suppose it's possible but not common. I use blood homocysteine level instead of B12, which is often elevated in people taking supplements. I explain more about B vitamins in this video on MTHFR:

      We offer MethylB Complex:
