    Outstanding review of one of my greatest fears...getting alszhimers as my mother and her mother did. You have explained this so well and absorbing all this easy to understand information will be key to my efforts in prevention. Thank you so very much! So fortunate that I found such a brilliant and caring Doctor!

    Please can you do a deep dive on "wear and tear" arthritis of the hip. Conventional doctors just say wait for it to get bad enough then have a hip replacement!
    No advice on diet, fasting, body muscle to gat ratio, exercise, gut health or supplements etc.
    I feel taking high strength painkillers daily then other medications to mitigate the negative side effects of the painkillers on stomach and then layering that with advice to have a biscuit or toast doesn't seem to promote overall health. Pain management at any cost on full body health and quality of life.

    Dr. Rajsree, what's your opinion on the theory of transgenerational epigenetic inheritance? Is it possible for people to alter the epigenetic information of their unborn/future kids with their bad/good/neutral habits? can medications and others like leaky gut alter the epigenetic information of future generations?

    Excellent information, Thank you Dr. Rajsree. I’m wondering if you have come across information on the ApoE2 gene, especially combined with other ApoE genes. It’s supposedly protective against the occurrence of AD.

    • @drrajsree
      @drrajsree  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Thanks for watching Sharon! Hope you’re doing well. There wasn’t much emphasis on ApoE2 when I did my research. Dr. Bredesen did mention it a little in his books, but the most emphasis was on the negative impact of ApoE4.

    Exogenous ketones can also be helpful and can be used in the treatment of dementia too due to the brain of those with Alzheimer's disease being ineffective at using glucose.
