8 tbsp unsalted butter or blueband ( VEGAN butter )
2 tbsp golden ray
1/2 cup onions chopped
4 pimentos chopped
1 tbsp minced garlic
8 cups cleaned and chopped cassava / yuca
1/2 tsp complete seasoning
1 pack coconut milk powder or 1 cup fresh coconut milk ( VEGAN)
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp green seasoning

For someone without a pressure cooker, would you recommend boiling the cassava on high for about 10 minutes? Then do the other steps?
