Alan, very enjoyable video. Looking forward to part two. I've a Google Chromecast device connected to my TV. This enables me to cast TH-cam videos from my phone to the TV.
Hi Alan, First video of yours I’ve seen. Thoroughly enjoyed the content. My farming history is mid 70s to roughly late 90s so mainly MB Trac and JD 4850/4755. I own a restored MBTrac 1000 and want a 600 series Fendt. Later stuff would be 500 series Fendt from the 90s but seemingly not many about. I watch on an iPhone. Your channel is a great find btw.
Thanks a million.. I appreciate your comments. You have plenty of videos to look back through. I have a very popular video on the MB Trac that I'm sure you will enjoy 👍
Thanks again for this video, looking forward to the next one. I have used quite a few Deutz. Starting with a 6806, DX 4.51, followed by a Agrotron 106 and M620. Looking forward to which one you have in your list. I watch mostly using my smartphone or laptop.
Watching on my phone in NewZealand. Love the 64 series Massey's myself. Have a 6470, and had a 6480 but unfortunately it was in an accident and was written off.
That's a tough one. Depends on what I'm doing... JD 3650 is up there. JD 7530, best all-around tractor for me. But my favourite tractor I've worked extensively would be the JD 8410. I do love our little MF 165 though
@@AgrimotiveFarmMachinery l meant to say older tractors, I bought a wrecked landini 10000 and can't get over how reliable the 6 cycl perkins engine is starts first time all the time evev after 6 months.
Hi Alan, always watch on PC. hope you course went well (out of interest, what was it ? I always wanted to get on to a Claas combine course, but left the trade before that happened). I have no idea about modern tractors, as I left the trade in mid 80's,. The newest tractors I can remember was the Ford 10 series as I was working for a Ford dealer, then went to a general Ag dealers with Zetors, mostly old, that was the end of my journey. Thus I became an field service engineer on photocopiers, so lost touch, until I retired, when I got reunited with my previous interests.
Thanks Ian. It's systems technician training for Mercedes-Benz, part of the master tech program. It's been going on for a good few years now, but getting near the end, thank god. Thanks for watching 👍
Tablet, interesting first 5 tractors, here in Australia we are lucky as most tractors supply were basic emission T3 for long time except MF n NH but later on in decade. My uncle had first gen 716, mate had second gen both great tractors. MF weren't very popular around here altogether my mate who had 716 succeeded that MF range tractor n put tractor to good use with lot hrs. As for JD 6930 i drove one dairy farm hook up to Keenan wagon unfortunately it had IVT transmission which it has delayed shift, you couldn't put all power down. My favourite here is CaseIH MX135, old saying blow my whistle, nice n loud like freight train in the field. Unfortunately i only got watch Valtra chasing in field of chopping maize.
I watch most of my midweek videos on my DFesktop PC with 3 X 22inch monitors. If I watch on Sundays, I will most lokley watch on my Chromebook Laptop, I may rewatch some on tablet or phone. I used to cast the desktop to the TV but eventhough I pay for TH-cam Premium casting is stil riddeled with Adds so I avoid that
Watch on the TV Alan. But you right no good for commenting or anything like that. 2000s I was rallying around in 110/90 fiat on neighbours farms and 590 on ours.
Thanks for watching, and thanks for your input. My style of video might not suit everyone, but some love the "waffle" as you call it. Helps built a personal connection with my subscribers. I've been looking over the analytics for the video in the TH-cam studio, and I'm delighted that this video has above average viewer retention figures of 75% at the 15 minute mark. Sure, it won't be to everyone's liking, but it's impossible to please all of the people all of the time. Regards. Alan

Hi. A question: Any idea about the robust tractor,Steyer, Austria made.
@Fzii297 Yes, I'm very familiar with Steyr. I worked a Terrus 6300 for several years. Basically, it's just a Case these days. Same machines. 👍
@@Fzii297 I'll have a video on Steyr in the coming weeks

@@AgrimotiveFarmMachinery For sure. I’ll be there.
Run a perkins engined 6475 and a sisu 6480. Always felt the 6475 punched above its weight but neither is really worked hard on a smallish farm
