Patek Philippe, Rolex, and Omega watches takeover your computer, phone, or tablet with Tim Mosso’s “Weekend Watches.” TH-cam’s only curated luxury watch gallery today showcases for the first time the Zenith Defy El Primero 21 “Land Rover” and the Omega Seamaster Diver 300M 007 Edition on a mesh bracelet. A discontinued Rolex Submariner “Hulk” makes an appearance alongside a rare full-bracelet platinum FP Journe Tourbillon Souverain. These are preowned luxury watches as only “WatchBox Reviews” can present them!
A platinum Rolex is a watch with gravitas, and that goes double when the watch includes diamonds. Our rare Rolex Day Date 40 228396TBR features a diamond-paved bezel and a Rolex ice blue sunburst dial with baguette diamond indices. The Rolex Submariner “Hulk” is the hottest dive watch of the last decade, and its recent discontinuation for the 126610LV has only increased watch collector interest in the “green gold” dial of the 116610LV. As the world’s most famous watch, the Submariner cuts and iconic figure, but the green dial Sub radiates a rock star aura that even the Daytona and GMT-Master can’t match.
Omega’s dive watches offer the same capability, arguably more technical refinement, and unarguably better value than the rivals from Rolex. Today’s show includes the 2019 Omega Seamaster Diver 300M 007 Edition, a 42mm brushed titanium dive watch that pays tribute to nearly 60 years of the James Bond film franchise. With a “tropical” ceramic bezel and matching no-date dial, this is a vintage-inspired take on Omega’s famed “James Bond” Seamaster family. The mesh or “shark proof” bracelet includes 1960s-appropriate straight bars at the lugs and caseback engraving that equally acknowledges Agent 007 and the actual Omega Seamaster 300 combat watches issued by the British Ministry of Defense during the 1960s.
Fans of the ultimate high horology sports watch will delight in the appearance of two Patek Philippe Nautilus references in stainless steel. The first is the Nautilus Travel Time 5990. Its features include a flyback chronograph, date, second time zone, and two day/night indicators. Our Nautilus Annual Calendar 5726 is the new-for-2019 blue dial version of Patek’s signature sports complication.

That twist & lock crown mechanism JLC developed is such a great system, I wonder why they seem to have abandoned it on their more contemporary watches for a standard screw down crown instead? As for the new Polaris Mariner Memovox, it maybe looking to the past, but it’s still a gorgeous watch. Especially with that blue dial 😁

Good morning Tim! I enjoy my coffee and Tim's weekend watch video. Being a teenager in the 70's that Zenith A384 is just cool.

That JLC alarm diver is awesome but the logo rotating with the alarm arrow would drive me insane. I was craning my neck just watching Tim set it.

Another strong show Tim, starting with the Rover Zenith and Hulk and ending strong with that ALS, with a lot of great stuff in the middle. My favorites have to be the IWC AMG Ingenieur and the JLC SEAL diver but it's hard to be definite when one looks at things like the Ressence.
Thanks for another great start to my Saturday!

Still crazy in love with that HULK. Just love the green. There are just no equivalent good looking green watch that I know... still can't get it off my mind... but too bad the prices are now just ridiculous. Thanks Tim and everyone there in the studio. Have a nice weekend.

I had a perfect wide open net to purchase the Rolex Hulk back in 2017 before this crazy hype. I shanked the shot in hockey speak. I purchased the submariner 114060 instead. Don't get me wrong, I still love my 114060 but I wish I purchased both if I knew then what I know now.

Another amazing, unreal lineup. The unreachable grail for me is that Patek annual calendar, but the reachable one is that Ressence. Love how unique that is. Also, Tim--don't you say the Panerai bezel action is the best in the biz? Not Rolex?

That first FPJ has one of the most beautiful movements i've ever seen. My favourite must be the Zenith, But Omega, please get rid of that stupid Helium escape valve. it pointlessly messes up a lovely looking watch and is about as unnecessary as putting "Bullet proof glass" in every car on the road!

    Great selection as always
Super pieces PPs, FPJs and AL&S... but two especial watches today.
    1. JLC Master Comp real dive watch with alarm on the wrist, ufff.
    2. Ressence T1 Slim, my fav, extraordinary design, very cool piece, maybe green Is not the best, dark blue or black dial looks better in my opinion and super lume !
Special note for Zenith's 1/100, two independent power sources, the best tech chrono solution.
    Thanks Tim
