Nope! I don't have any ads on my blog, and the recipe ingredients is in the 2nd paragraph. The step by step instructions are in the video that's on the page as well.

I turn my loaves out of their pans as soon as I can safely handle the hot pan with my hands, then let them cool completely on a rack and store them in plastic bags and the crust stays soft.
I hate it when I let them over-rise and have air pockets in them, personally. My favorite thing to do with these is have my favorite jam on a piece so holes make that messy 🤣❤️
No, they’re baked inside the oven. On top of the stove is just where I set them to cool a little before I tip them out of the pans. Then they fully cool outside of the pans on a cooling rack on the counter before I bag them.

The poke air pockets into the bread with turkey baster syringes 💉. That's how they achieve that larger air pockets.
