I’m literally astounded by how many trolls there are that leave so many negative comments about a lady making bread or how her “man” would be upset about one thing or another. This is a great recipe, if you don’t like it, then go away.

I went to the comments. Only thing I "will" say, if you are not "weighing" your ingredients, you will never have consistency. Digital kitchen scales are cheap, you should only have to add what a recipe calls for, a very small amount of extra flour is possible due to weather but if you are adding cups, you really need to do some research before making videos on baking.

@@meghan7547 Balony! l am a guy and l bake my own bread. l learn from people like this gal on this channel the know-how and recipe it's in my head. It's not just the recipe it's the process too a big part of it to make yummy bread. l bake bread that my girlfriend's friends come and eat and they love it. l always bake a 2 lb bread and sometimes l have 5.5 cups of flour and sometimes less or more. It's the process of how to bake that makes the biggest difference. l don't measure anything l throw them together and mix/knead/proof and bake and eat it with real butter. It's just baking bread it's NOT rocket science.

@@sepetisionelatu5539 Go to school..... BAKING IS SCIENCE. Being exact in measurements is the ABSOLUTE KEY to successful baking. Weighing ingredients is the ABSOLUTE KEY to consistent success. Any time you take a cup of flour as she did, it becomes packed and is actually quite a bit more than an actual cup. 1 cup of flour weighs 120 grams, a simple scale will weigh in grams, lb./oz, fluid oz.... amazon for $10.. then you can begin to enjoy baking without.. OH.. need to add a little more. If measurements by weight wasn't important why do ALL commercial bakery's do exactly that? Your ignorance is quite laughable to all who know.

I have avoided eating bread for about the last ten years. Then this last summer I've been spending more time at my favorite place in the world, home. Doing most of my own cooking. I started making tortillas and then bread, there is nothing better than fresh home made tortillas and bread. This video is wonderful thank you for it. Watching you slice reminded me I have something almost no home cook has, that I was going to scrap. It is a bread slicer from a bakery I remodeled years ago, I am going to put it to work. Thanks for the inspiration.

So excited to see the finished product! I followed your directions and amounts and just the way the bread rose the first time was incredible! More than twice it's size. Anyway, it's almost ready for the oven. I've got my fingers crossed. Tom.

I'm about to make this recipe and excited to try it. I thought of using honey instead of sugar as I have found it's usually less dry. But I love how she just throws it altogether without the perfect shiny g l ass bowls with fancy flowers and towels I see in most video's. Some I have made and the bread does't turn out like a magazine cover like most other video's of bread recipes being made on yt. Sometimes the bread doesn't look like the raised dough that went into the oven and the perfect loaves that came out, but this video is real with real results. I hope you make more. 😊

Nice video and recipe. I use a similar but NO sugar or oil. I just use Yeast, Salt, warm water, breast flour. I have moved to instant yeast to remove one of the rise steps.

Your bread looks amazing. I make Italian bread often but NEVER that amount of sugar just enough to activate the yeast. I'll try your recipe for sure. ❤

I’ve been trying to make a bread using a starter with potato flakes. I used to make it this way a long time ago and it was so good. Now it just doesn’t seem to be as good as it was when I made it years ago. I’m definitely going to try this recipe. Doesn’t look like it takes as long.

Not gonna like I almost cried and had a mental breakdown down while kneeding 😭😆 but I'm glad I pushed through, I was about to never make homemade bread again 😆 God bless you ❤😊
