    Always nice to see and hear you madam. Your videos are everything at the time : Enjoyable as anything we deeply like just as entertainment ; Full of kindness and good intentions like a mother to her child ; Authentic in its presentation of science ; Simple yet very classy ; Genius in the way of awakening someone's curiosity, we are simply certain to be smarter at the end of the video. I take great pleasure just to observe you and what all these practices does to you at first place. The answer is always the same, you are a model to follow, someone who one want to be alike in every way of its being . Looking forward for the next one and send you back the best wishes for your health and happiness if ever that count for something.

    namaskār🙏🏼, randomly came across your video on ‘panch prānāyām’ and then didn’t even realise how i spent the entire day binge watching all your lectures on yoga, diligently taking down the notes alongside. you have a way with explanations in the most simple and understandable manner. blessed to have discovered you and got an opportunity to learn from you. one humble request- please bring one detailed lecture on the sequence (i.e. kriya> aasan > yog nidrā >prānāyām > dhyān). the knowledge wrt the sequence of these practices is very scattered over the internet, if you could help us, it would become very easy for us to understand yoga in a very holistic manner without getting lost. warm regards! 🤍🌻

    • @nc01sadh
      @nc01sadh 3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @ravi_S27. Pranayama is recommended to be done at a non-emotional state. Your mind and body must be at ease when performing pranayama. There must not be any strain your face. Also, when you are doing kapalbhati try not to put too much force. You just need to put force a little bit extra than your regular breath. Meaning don't try to kill yourself while expelling air. When we do pranayama we are trying to regulate prana shakti( the vital life force). The benefit of pranayama is when you do kumbhaka( with holding breath). But don't try to do this in a haphazard way. Pranayama is a yogic science, so try to do it in a proper way. Also, to get maximum benefits from pranayama, the art of sitting is very important. Ideally you want to sit in padmasan if possible, if not siddhasana and if that is not possible, do sukhasan. Also, please do some research on dos and don'ts while you do this pranayama exercises.

      Sometimes continuous exhalations at a faster tempo may result in lack of oxygen in brain and lead to headaches for some people. You can bring down the number of pumps you do in one continuous stretch and take breaks inbetween. Follow kapalabathi with good amount of ( say 6-8 rounds of ) deep Inhalations.

      You should be doing pranayamas that will calm your mind, with longer exhalations may be twice that of inhalation. Learn Ujjayi pranayama , that will help you to lengthen the exhalation. You can also practice Chandra Bedhana , Nandi shodhana, Brahmari and Sheetali pranayama.

    Thank you for taking the time to explain the details. I need 2 quick questions to ask. 1. When you say inhalation is passive, are you inhaling and exhaling in each pump or are you taking one long inhalation and exhaling in each oump till all your lungs are emptied? 2. Are you pulling in just the oblique and rectus andominus muscles, or are you pulling in deep from the Transverse Abdominus? Meaning below the navel?? Thank you very much for clarifying.

    • @theyogiclens9118
      @theyogiclens9118  4 หลายเดือนก่อน

      1. Ideally, you take one inhalation, and start exhaling continuously. That is the classical way of doing. But inbetween exhalations there will be a minute Inhalation happening... For a beginner I suggest allow more space for it to to happen and for advanced it can be very less.
      2. The pulling happening from lower most part of abdomen
