  • This video is about how to enhance your breath, how to improve your lung capacity, how to lengthen your inhalation and exhalation. Lot of external and internal factors inhibit our breath, such as chest infection, allergy, trauma, mental stress and so on. If you learn to master your breath, you can handle these situations. Go through a practical experiment to see how you can enhance your breath. As per yogic texts, Asana is a prerequisite for pranayama practices. Understand how simple movements enhance your breath.

    I agree with your. You could have talked about rechaka, puraka, kumbhat st 2 to 8 to 4 or multiples. This is the easiest way to reduce the nimbey of brea.ths per minutes'. Another way is chanting sny mantras. Whether it is Om or Allah zo Akbar or Halkuja So long as you chant,you will be breathing out. Only after you stop the chant will you be able to inhale

    I am relative of a person known to you. You can try sambhavi yogam book by prabodharan sukumar published in triplicane. That book has golden yogic nuggets including the info you presented here. Kumbaka for 3 min or more can eventually lead to skin pore based breathing and nostril based breathing can be stopped. Some people call it vaasi yogam. Thanks

    • @theyogiclens9118

      Breathing automatically slows down as we get into sleep deep sleep and turiya the fpurth state. Siddha hack the matrix and get into these states wilfully and thereby hold their breath for prolonged times to blossom the 72000 nadis in the light body. But people living in cities cannot afford that unless they have some risk appetite thanks with respect

    • @theyogiclens9118
      @theyogiclens9118  ปีที่แล้ว

      Very Good Question. I think this will be a good topic to discuss in one other video. In short, Being healthy in a human form and Meditating to understand the soul, is the way to nullify our Karma and reach Kaivalyam where one doesn't come back to the material world. Therefore Yogis maintained health and lived longer to spend their time meditating to erase their samskaras ( Or impressions) which is the root cause for us to come back to human body repeatedly.
