Hi Geetha Mam. My curiosity is to understand our human body as mentioned in vedas and ancient text, hence I use to watch so many videos on TH-cam. Today I came across your video and belive me I feeling like I found exactly what I am searching for over many months. You explained so beautifully and most important is you gave the manufacturing unit department example for this video which make this video more understandable for person like me and anyone. Thank you very much for such informative and easily understandable crucial information of Pranas. Keep it up.

Recently I used to listen OSHO talks on Yoga: alpha, gamma, Omega.
He indicated how prana is essential even when yogis living in a caves, under earth.
In this video, you simply explained such 5 pranas in physical, metal and spritual levels.
Also how these pranas improved by few asanas.
The whole presentation is lively, clear cut, understandable with factory analogy examples.
    மிக்க நன்றி 🙏

Valuable and informative video, so well presented. Much appreciated! Prana is called Chi in Chinese, on which is based routines such as Chi Kung and Tai Chi. I have learned to combine the graceful relaxed moves of Chi Kung with my Yoga practice. I guess I can call it a kind of Vinyasa (Vin-yaa-sa) practice, which is a relaxed, beautiful, flowing practice. Whereas I found Iyengar Yoga to be rigid, lacking the charm of flow. I call such a yoga practice, "constipated yoga." :)
One other thing: I really liked how you said that Apana Vayu affects the mind and when weak, makes it stagnate and not expel negative thoughts. Well said! Yes, we tend to accumulate garbage (sh*t to be blunt) :) in our minds, impairing our ability to progress spiritually. And that mental garbage leads to foul language too. We need to flush that garbage out!!! Thanks again so very much!

Idiotic if u take Prana as the air u breathe it has to concern with air not yoga... Physical exercise has got nothing to do with air... Try concentrating on air for ur food... Wr do u take ur food from ur mouth so take air through mouth to digest it bot in large quantities as more 02 is required to digest each gm of food atleast 2 litres so rest is normal breathe and eat as much as required u don't have to overdo any thing if u overdo food.. U hardly require actually 500gms per day suffices for a person of 70 kg or 600 g for 100kg person remember 1 gm food 2 litres o2 so calculate the food according to ur capacity to take 02 not air Prana means what the word is it does not mean energy enerfy comes from digested food okay

Madam Geethaji, namaskaram. Your knowledge on pranaas is so amazing. I have got few but very very important information like the sources were being quoted from the scriptures. If you can guide me to get all the information (from the scriptures) including uppapranas, how pranas involves in astral travel and also role of carrying out the suksma body after leaving the physical body. Please upload more videoes on pranaas related on its sources (if originated from 5 elements) so that it can be defined imperically oneday. Thank you so much. 🙏

Your superb presentation is very clear and thought provoking. This is third time, I am listening this because to understand deeply, how my all pranas properly balanced.Accordingly , I used to practice those yoga postures ( few at a time) to get that benefit of that particular prana.Madam, your Udana is so strong, when compared to other pranas ( you are transmitting other pranas to Udana, it's purely my assumption) because of that reason your clarity in presentation reflects in the video. I can also see great aura around you because, you are mastered the art of getting the energy from " Five Great Elements"🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏.
