HRV breathing every morning to get into parasympathetic; however many inhales you take, add at least 2 to the exhales. Then OM chanting throught the chakras. Genius, so calming :)

Every morning at the end of my shower I stand under the water and slowly turn off the hot water and let the cold water pour down until I can’t take it anymore, wow, what a wake up. Enjoyed your video.

👌Thnx for the video. Few days back l did not know about the vague nerve. I becoming more n more aware of it and this enables me to boost myself every day. By waking up early, doing exercise, singing n dancing, at times laughing and breathing also when l go walking or gardening, l usually meditate. I was doing same before but today l am more conscious of all this.

    Thank you princess 💕
Foot massage helps me / reflexology has helped me stop anxiety... also breathing like this: 4 seconds in 4 seconds out, hold 4 seconds and repeat.)
    Flower essences by Bach
    Stress relief
    Aspen (for fear)
    Mimulus (for known fear.)
White chestnut (gets rid of unwanted thoughts)
    Mustard (gets rid of anxiety)
There’s so many. Relaxing my full face has been extremely helpful with vagus toning. I didn’t realize before how tense my jaw was (well I noticed but didn’t realize it was a problem.)

Thanks! I love your videos & your work! I watch so many of them 💓 There are a few things I do that I find very helpful... #1 Kangen water. I don't say that because I am a rep. It truly has helped me in so many ways.. like quitting drinking alcohol, anxiety, fatigue, lack of focus etc.. Many of these symptoms can also be a sign of brain/body dehydration. We are 70-80% water so in addition to breath & movement it is my #1 go to. I also use it for an eye rinse like you described but I didn't know that we had that film on our eyes so I'm glad to know! I do know our eyes are mostly water. Because the Kangen water is electrolyzed, it caries the energy & negative ions to penetrate the cells. Another incredible tool I use is Aerial silks. Often, just hanging upside down & doing some deep breathing provides a great re-set for my energy. It is like a whole new level of yoga 😃
Thank you again for being a lighthouse,, you are such an inspiration!!!

      Yes.
The more you stimulate the vagus nerve, the stronger it will get. (Just like muscle tissue).
Your diaphragm will also get stronger as you do deep belly breathing to stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system.
