I love that they didn’t gut it. I’d love to own a Victorian home like this that maintains all the original style and aesthetic but just has a few modern amenities seamlessly incorporated.
PoopyDoopy39 I honestly don’t like Victorian homes it’s something about them that makes them so amazing. They also kind of look haunted lmao. The modern homes nowadays are cool looking, but not as appealing as something like that, and especially not a plantation home, but honestly I'd rather in a modern mansion then a Victorian home, espcaially with all that technology and customobility. You could be lazy in those kinds of homes. My type of mansions are the Spanish styles.
PoopyDoopy39 you can get a brand new Victorian McMansion in the New York, New Jersey metro area. Long Island builds plenty of them especially in the 2000s boom and I saw one in Jersey that looked haunted but it was a 2006 and the rest of the street was pleasant polyvinyl McMansions while it was a single creepy wooden Victorian home at the end of a culdesac
@@LucasFernandez-fk8se McMansions are usually built very cheaply , They don't have nearly the detail or quality of older homes. Atleast the majority of them.
This video does not do justice to this beautiful home. I want a floor plan, and a video that shows on the floor plan which room your looking at. It could be broken up into differy videos. This video shows the house but doesn't go through it like it's a home.
Oh my lord, I live in the town that the house is in and it's so pretty. I would drive by it every day going to school! ( when people lived in it they gave out FULL sized candy bars)
What a gorgeous Victorian home. But I feel let down that more was not shown. I liked some of the furniture. It wasn’t old antique style but still had a nod to the past. This home has so much craftsmanship.
😻 I love it, so much imagination and personality unlike these dead homes and building we live in that looks all the same. This just seems like a house you can call home, and not just a place you live in.
I love houses like these maybe little changes like cleaner windows but still the same designs or like strong foundation but the interior and exterior of the house is still there.
Americans are funny. What the heck is a Queen Anne Victorian home? And can't Americans come up with their own 19th century period instead of late Victorian, perhaps instead they could say Chester Arthurian?
Whoever’s ideas it was to shoot the tour during an overcast day like that really ruined it lol😂. When u went out to the Hudson River that did not look like no beach 😂

i love victorian homes and wish they were still being made new, i do not like the new modern-los angeles style mansions
PoopyDoopy39 true!!
Neither do I find them repulsive.

I would have loved a full length presentation of this remarkable property

We didn't get to see the kitchen....the heart of the home.
God its a beauty. I love the Victorian style of Architecture.
Not much of a tour. Show the whole house then you can call it a tour of the house .
RIGHT? Can I see more than 0.2476 seconds of the stairways? Sheesh.
I'd absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE TO OWN A VICTORIAN HOME!

This house has been RESTORED, not renovated.
BLAH BLAHBLAHHH
Crazy looking house
The house is a good deal for $5,200,000. I love it!
That's a beautiful house!

I JUST FILL IN LOVE FOR THE SECOND TIME💘💘💘💘GOD BLESS ME WITH THE MULTI-MILLIONS TO LIVE THIS DREAM....AMEN AMEN AMEN!
This house is supposed to be haunted. Leagally haunted by the courts. Not sure why or how.
I bet the original owner was crooked as could be.
So.
what this video doesn't tell you that the house was declared the most haunted house in Nyack NY..
Umm... Can I buy the house just because of the cello? 😂 (seen 1:50 )
😱❤️!!!!
Wow
Is this a 'trailer' for a TV show? If so, ok, I get it. But if not, a very very disjointed, incomplete, and unsatisfying home tour.
Beautiful home but unfortunately the Governor of Ny is driving everyone out of the State
*Minecraft build inspiration*
I can afford it if I can take out a 300 year mortgage.
NY 😂 ...Property tax 50K a year
It's filled with ghosts and demons 🤗😋
