Absolutely enjoyed the cadence video! It's a refreshing variation from the usual HIIT routines and provides a different workout when I need to spice things up. Would love to see more videos like this-please create some more!
This was a great 25-minute workout! The 30-second intervals kept things dynamic, making the time fly by. Working on cadence was a great change from the all out power workouts we are all used to. Highly recommend this one for a quick and effective session.
Loved it! I did it twice back to back as the first time I did not really feel it but the second time I felt it very well! great session, make an other one a bit longer !!!
Tip: if you have a smart bike/trainer that has ERG mode.... then in ERG mode set the watts to what you feel match the 1-10 RPE level. Then simply increase/decrease the RPM when Hank tells you to. :)
Great work out!!! Have you ever considered inviting in some guest riders? I'd love to see @bethanyshriever give this a go even for a good 30 minute session. She's the current women's gold medalist for BMX racing. And, yes, I do race BMX but I also race mountain bikes and do a lot of gravel events as well. Thanks for another great session!!!
My bike doesn’t have a cadence sensor, but I DO have a metronome! One of the only overlaps I’ve seen from being both a cyclist and a pianist. This workout went from adagio to allegretto if anyone was wondering
@@GCNTraining love your workouts. As a Downhill mountain biker, spin class enthusiast your workouts always hit the spot. Normally making me feel sick from the effort.
Never thought I could get such a good workout with an effort level of 6. It tricked my brain to think it was easy, but in the end was a really good sweat
Great video! As a trainer, so often I see clients try to push out an effort but forgetting their form along the way. This session really helped focus on Maintaining proper form, regardless of effort level, a critical skill for any athletic or fitness pursuit. Well done!!
This helped me a lot, I don't have a cadence meter so I was really able to identify my cadence by matching the GCN riders. Not having the distraction of changing resistance helped me a ton. Loved it!
How did you find this cadence workout? 👍 or 👎
Please correct the session description.
We don't understand anything between RPMs and a level between 1 and 8, simplify a minimum, thank you
Great session GCN! I loved the long duration of cadence sets with short intervals within the set! A 35 or 40 minute session like this would be great!
This was a hard one!
This is part of my 30 of January, I’ve been doing a gcn session everyday, so hello 17and a massive thank you to all at GCN.

Thanks GCN, my first session back after abdominal surgery. I really needed that ❤
Loved this cadence video. Nice change up to HIIT and gives me a different workout when I want to mix things up. Please make some more of these!
Thanks so much for another great ride!! It’s a great thing to wake up to a brand new workout from GCN!!
You just keep producing the work Hank !!!! I'd be lost on my exercise bike, if it wasnt for you and your amazing GCN team !!!
Thumbs up. Thanks. GCN. Getting that sweat on❤❤😊
Real quality workout. Bang for your buck. More of the same please.
Participate, Hank.
I like the idea, Mannon, and I agree, it’s great to focus on the cadence through the spectrum of safe indoor speeds.
Smashed it! Good sweat Thanks team!

Loved it. Harder than it looks.
I loved this!! Fantastic workout.
Great cadence pyramid session ❤
Excellent workout. Finally a full fast spin class.
If it were easy, everyone would be doing it -- keep pushing to stay winning 🎉❤🎉❤🎉
More of this kind of workouts please! 💪
Totally different feel. I liked it.
great session!! one more done!
Hank always makes me laugh, thanks mate

How best to attack this session in the future for those of us without cadence monitors?
🥵👍
The timing is off on the screen
My legs really don't like going over 100
You need to change the timings in the description.
This channels charm is that the visuals are often off lol
Maybe this explains why I’m 8 hours into the workout but only about half way through! 😅
Thanks for highlighting this! Hope you still got a good workout in 🥵

Yesss Hank is back 🎉
Cannot keep up with the "Hankenstein"! (But would be willing to be given a wee handicap for difference in ages!)
I wasn't watching the timings just listening to your voice and I was a bit out. But still a great workshop thanks 👍
@GCNTraining can we expect some new content anytime soon? Been awhile.
Well that hosting was truly awful. Why even host if you won’t call out the lesson and when you do it’s wrong or 20 seconds late.
Can you do a louder notification for the changes please otherwise great video 😊
Fantastic🎉 very good. More cadance in the future.
Thank you for excellent job guys !
great program manon! You rock
Not one of the easier ones to follow
I suck at cadence 😅
😅
Im sweaty 🫦🔥
Love❤
Wow.
Fantastic training today! Thanks!! Always happy to train with the gcn gang!

Just finished this workout!! Cudos! I used it as a finisher from last video to get me to 60 mins!!! Love these! Keep em coming !
I don’t like training high cadence but this crew makes it manageable. I’m sure my summer racing will appreciate this session.
I am going to use this session as a warm up 👍💪
Love change 😊Not used to going so slow - couple more of these would be great please 🙏🏻
This one was a BEAST!!!! Thank you GCN
👍👍from me on a winter cold morning in Norway ❄️💪 thank you!
Sempre bom vídeos novos. Hank
Quality workout! Sort of meditation 😊🫶time just flew by! Thanks a lot!
