Ive just discovered these training sessions, they are great. Could you go into the set up and how it works plus all the different kind of bikes like peloton or nordic track bikes, vs wahoo and swifts and resistance rollers etc, the price points and what is good or bad about each type? Obviously these are just a small selection of known brands there are many other brands available😉
I feel Hank struggled in the first 10 minutes to pick up the timings and inform us of the cadences. Found myself having to watch the screen to pick up the changes. Better in the last 15 mins. The riders didn’t seem too happy about being there! Overall a steady workout and I love this setup of GCN.
Love these! They are my go to, just out of interest what “wattage” are people achieving on each level of difficulty? Would love to have a rough reference/comparison
The first time doing this, Hank didn’t seem to be very clear with the instructions. Then again, it could be me. I am doing the ride by Hank's voice only, no visual.
