Ive just discovered these training sessions, they are great. Could you go into the set up and how it works plus all the different kind of bikes like peloton or nordic track bikes, vs wahoo and swifts and resistance rollers etc, the price points and what is good or bad about each type? Obviously these are just a small selection of known brands there are many other brands available😉
I feel Hank struggled in the first 10 minutes to pick up the timings and inform us of the cadences. Found myself having to watch the screen to pick up the changes. Better in the last 15 mins. The riders didn’t seem too happy about being there! Overall a steady workout and I love this setup of GCN.

You poo poo'd the workout, to tell everyone how much fitter you were than everyone. Then during the warm-up you encouraged everyone to disregard it and spin faster. You didn't explain that the efforts were all at 90 rpm so at the end of effort level 5, I was ready to back off but pushed through 6 expecting recovery, because this was an "easy" workout. 7 was more of the same. I didn't get the zone 2 workout that was implied. I think that if Manon led the ride it would have been led as intended. I did get a good workout and learned that you used to be some badass racer.
Great session for not feeling 100% percent to push the effort, but wanting to get in a workout.
