    I've tried this amazing technic some time ago on joga breathing practics. It worked for me so well. I felt amazing. Sometimes I felt that I was becoming light. So good that this should be illegal :D and then I have somehow forgotten about that for few years. Yesterday I reminded myself of that and found your channel and this video. I'm so grateful ❤ it's gonna be the part of my morning routine nie. Thank you so much ❤❤❤

      @@yogalap Yoga and Yogic Meditation Techniques were once integral part of ancient indus valley civilisation but now in this era they are viewed as some form of helpful activities for various psychosomatic,physical and psychological disorders which is not true if the World wants to get harmonised with nature and self then the World should integrate these into their daily routine so they become a part of life

    I'm really enjoying this practice to start my day with the sunrise! Is it appropriate to retain the breath at the end of each round? And if so, on the inhale and then the exhale too? Thank you again for this beautiful offering!

    michael, i'd really appreciate if you can answer a simple question which has been on my mind since a lot of sessions: what is the significance of the time gap between the 40-50-60 breathing sessions? could we just do it more tightly spaced (say half a minute gap) if one has some experience? also what is the next level after this? could this be increased to 80 breaths?

      Yes !
      A beautiful place, the atmosphere appears to be full of prana (pure, natural oxygen).
      Just by sitting there lungs get cleaned..
      No breathing techniques needed.
      Only rich people have access to such places. Pranayama suitable/ useful to city dwellers than jungle dwellers which is full of greenery.

    Hi, Michael, I used to follow your 30-minutes full pranayama session, with 8 rounds of Bahya pranayama in it but I can no longer find it; what happened to it? Did you take it down? If you have then what breathing video am I supposed to use; I'd like a breathing session with Bahya pranayama in it.

      Dear Satwik, for those that are more advanced yes. However, only focusing on this technique and not doing any of the soft pranayama techniques and long meditation will make one's nervous system agitated and restless and is not beneficial for mind and body.
