How long is second rise in the pullman pan
Just the time that it takes my oven to preheat. So roughly 15 min.

You want to bake for 45 min depending on your oven. You want a nice golden brown crust 😁.

This bread takes about 35 min to bake at 350°. Thanks for pointing out that I missed that, I will put it in the description.
