No knead Cinnamon Raisin Bread Recipe
No knead bread! Everyone can make this homemade bread
I've never had such a simple and delicious bread
✅ Ingredients and No knead Cinnamon Raisin Bread Recipe:
Hello, and welcome to my kitchen!
125 milliliters of warm milk
1 teaspoon of dry instant yeast
2 tablespoons of sugar
1 egg
Mix well.
2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
Mix well.
250 grams of all-purpose flour
1/2 tablespoon of cinnamon
Sift them.
1 teaspoon of salt
Knead the dough with a spatula until it is soft and smooth.
1 tablespoon of vegetable oil

Cover and leave for 30 minutes.
30 minutes later
1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
75 grams of raisin
Mix well.
Cover and leave for 15 minutes.
15 minutes later.
1 tablespoon of vegetable oil

Bake in a preheated oven at 180◦c for 30-35 minutes.

Like that you incorporate raisins into the dough. Looks delicious as is. For xtra effect, tempted to add br.sugar+ cinnamon as a swirl before the final roll. Nuts? Maybe a frosting drizzle too? ...
