I lived with dysmenorrhea since I was a teen and fortunately birth control did the trick in getting rid of it for me. I’m really happy to hear someone talk about it freely for others’ information. It had impacted my job, my health, and my relationships.
But popping birth control pills all throughout the year has devastating side effects, including the recently discovered rise in Cervical cancer. But the thing is, we cannot even function without using these pills. 😔

I came to know that I have endometriosis while undergoing a gallbladder surgery ( even the surgeon had said period pain is common and it doesn't affect surgical procedure..but my situation became critical when they saw blood all around my uterus and intestines)Tbh I was relieved to some extent that atleast now people including my family, will understand the extent of pain I go through every month. It's already been 5 years that I experience this excruciating pain every month and still I continue with my exams, Worklife. Some months it gets so painful that I feel I will faint. This is the worst thing to experience when u r staying alone with noone around you to help u, when something as simple as standing up becomes extremely difficult. Its high time that atleast people understand If someone says they have bad period and unable to do anything then it might be true. To those who face the same issue of extremely painful periods, u might have endometriosis. What has worked like wonder for me since last few months is the change of diet. I have eliminated gluten and dairy products from my diet and pain has reduced more than 50% . Yes It has been difficult to avoid icecreams, cakes, pizza and even the daily staple food i.e. roti. But it is millions times worth it because now I don't lose 3 productive days of every month to deadly period pain.

Her period pain was too much .Her cyst got bigger also . She has recovered recently. At one point her doctor told use it will be hard for her to conceive if her cyst doesn't get removed . Very sorry to hear this. PCOD and endometriosis is common among Bharathiya women. Dismennorhea is very painful. Taking birthcontrol pills in low doses is a treatment for it. Foolish people think it is for only for pregnancy. Good that doctors put you on it.
I have no idea who she is, but the shorts popped up on my device. With PCOS, all you need to do for the most part is lower your hyperinsulinemia or insulin resistance by reducing or eliminating dietary carbohydrates, which are entirely non-essential for humans anyway. Also, remove dreadful plant seed oils. PCOS is known as type 4 diabetes among experts in insulin resistance. Dementia and Alzheimer's are known as type 3 diabetes. All of these diseases, together with type 2 diabetes, have the same root cause: high carb-induced insulin resistance and lifestyle-related factors. She needs to make nutritional changes, from a pro-inflammatory diet to an anti-inflammatory diet like the ketogenic or carnivore diet, to fix all the conditions she mentioned in this video.
So surprised to see woman here normalising conditions which leads to cancer and psychological imbalance being unaware of anything and guiding each other for just lifestyle change and also how you all do ???? When your products from A - Z are modifications of chemicals which again you are not aware of. I had a journey of a Tumor after getting diagnosed with Pcos and bleeding for 8 months straight and I am trying my best to educate and create awareness. Please for god sake DO NOt Speak of a condition which leads so many serious things which aren’t aware of 🙏🏻 If we are having something in common then there is something which is leading all of us to here. So wake up 🙏🏻
