    I absolutely love this bread recipe. The flavor is delicious 😋 and the texture is excellent! It doesn’t have that styrofoam dry texture that so many of the egg white breads have. The macros are great. This is my go to for bread 🍞 now thank you 🙏 so much ❣️

    This is a great bread. I tried mine in a silicone bread mold about 9 by 5 inches. It didn't rise very much but it was good. I used lupin flour instead of the psyllium husk.
    It does taste like eggs, but when you use it to make a sandwich, you don't really notice the egg taste. This is the perfect bread for sandwiches.

      I think a tblspn of gelatin could replace the psyllium as well for more protein

    I am sooooo loving this bread recipe! I just used it to make a breakfast strata for non keto company. What a hit! I just cubed the bread and placed it in individual buttered baking dishes. I combined eggs and cream cheese with seasoning. I sautéed ham & mushrooms and sprinkled this over the bread cubes and added shredded cheese. I poured the egg mix over this. I gave it a light stir to combine. I think I baked them for about 20 minutes at 350o, took them out and placed shredded cheese on top and back in the oven for a few minutes. They were delish! The possibilities are endless!

    I just baked the “egg white buns” recipe you posted three months ago! It was perfect! I made it in my cupcake baking pan, it was wow!
    I’m sure this one will be wonderful, but I LlLlLlLlLLove the tahini and eggs loaf! Made it multiple times, and it’s a staple for me now. Especially when I make grilled cheese sandwich with it, I do not miss bread anymore!

      @@cayce9320 oh yea! It toasts very well! The recipe have no flour, and surprisingly fluffs up and holds up a big huge filling for a sandwich!
      And as I mentioned the grilled cheese sandwich is wow wow wow with it! I wish I can post pictures here!

    I am going to try this is a flat pan and make ficaccioa. I think I will add cilantro, garlic and olives to the dough and put some sun-ripen tomatoes from the jar laid on top.

    Looks great!! But I don't have egg protein powder. What is the for? Can we omit or replace? Milk powder? Vegan protein powder? Can these be used as substitutes?
    Also, what if you don't have allulose ? Can we omit this?

      Hello Nadine, you can use isolate or whey of you don’t have ewp. I haven’t tried the vegan protein powder yet so I’m not sure about the results. You can alsp use any sweetener you prefer but yake note that allulose will give you the golden shiny exterior colour for your bread but nonetheless it will still be delicious. ❤️

    For those who want to use psyllium husk powder and not the whole psyllium husk.
    1 tablespoons of powder measures out to be able 12 grams.
    So be sure to only use 5 grams of powder to match the whole psyllium weight, otherwise you'll be more then doubling the ingredient.
    I made this mistake for the first attempt.......

      Hola Deat, usé proteína de clara de huevo en polvo como se muestra en el video. También puedes usar suero de leche o aislado. Puede consultar mi otra receta de pan de proteína con clara de huevo en polvo en mi lista de reproducción titulada Bollos / Pan / Rollos. Tengo toneladas de recetas con diferentes versiones usando clara de huevo en polvo.

    I don’t what I am doing wrong but my bread did not rise like yours. So frustrating, any ideas.
    One thing tho we cannot buy allulose in the Netherlands where a live so I used extra dry ingredient in the form of an extra tbsp of psyllium husk. Do you have a better substitute for me? Thank you.

      Allulose is for sweetening so you can try stevia, monk fruit but not more psyllium husk as it probably weighed it down

    Just made today baking now if this works it’s the first time for me. How long do you whip the egg whites? Do you let it cool completely in the pan?

      Hello Kimberly, you can let it cool or cut it while it’s still warm. I like cutting it warm. You whip the egg whites until medium peaks ans add your ewp and just whip it until it’s fully incorporated.

      I tried doubling the recipe, and I used a hand-mixer - it was a disaster. The whipped whites just keep creeping up towards the hand mixer and made a big mess. Next time I will make 2 separate batches and combine the two for a bigger loaf. Hope that helps.

    Looks incredible! I've been experimenting with different egg white bread recipes. I do have a question: what is the purpose of the psyllium husk? Is it for structure? My husband doesn't tolerate psyllium very well so I'm curious as to how important this ingredient is to the overall loaf. Thank you!

      I don't know anything other than what I have watched TH-camrs but yes my understanding is that bread bakers gone Keto use the psyllium husk for structure. I also heard that the yeast is partially for taste even if it is not activated. But it may well be that is the purpose for allulose... not sure.

      Hello dear, I’ve made a couple of protein breads but in my experience adding psyllium and yeast gives the bread a softer texture. Like less dense compared to psmf bead.❤️

      Don’t worry about adding honey or sugar to your yeast. The honey/sugar feeds the yeast, and no honey/sugar will be left in the recipe. The sugar is converted by yeast into carbon dioxide to add air to the bread recipe.

      Hello dear, this is one of my versions using protein powder. You can check my other recipes without psyllium husk but in my experience the bread itself is not dense like the usual psmf. I’m guessing that adding yeast and psyllium made a lot of difference with the texture and density.
