There must be a mistake in the recipe, 2 tbsp of baking soda is too much, it would be sour, but also 2 tsp of baking soda would be too much, unless you meant baking powder.
Looks great--love coconut! Going to try this plant-based as I have a family history of Cancer so need to avoid the estrogen and possible BLV in dairy and the lead and choline in eggs. Thanks for sharing
In your situation I think savoury cakes are more suitable for you. Adding more plant-based foods to your diet can lower your LDL (low-density lipoprotein) cholesterol. Keto diet is suitable for you. Check my savoury spicy carrot cake 😊
I made a coconut cake a like this few months back, and it was a total disaster. Yours looks amazing! Mine came out looking like it had a bad hair day. I definitely need to redo my video and show I can bake a cake that does not need a makeover. :(
it's odd that the recipe is at the end of the video and it's in mls & grams. lucky me my measuring cups have both and as far as the b.soda & stevia, i just guessed my own calculations. i can't wait to try it...hubby and i both love coconut!
Did you make it as in it was ruined or the fact that it calls for it caused you disinterest? Asking because I'm trying to covert the recipe to cups, spoons etc
Has anyone converted thus recipe to cups etc. .?

I don’t like the taste of stevia. Any other substitutions for this?
@@kimmaedke2763 You can try Monk fruit, Erythritol or Xylitol 😊
Pls list the ingredients measurements and cooking time

@@Queensheba74instead of whipping cream I will use Greek yogurt or cream cheese

incredible, very simple and easy, I'm curious about calorie content for the whole recipe
Love the mixer;;;
Thank you!!
Is 2 tablespoons of baking soda a typo? Did you mean 2 teaspoons?
Only you understand me 😊❤
@@StonelikeLinda Then I’ll only use 2 teaspoons. Thank you 😊
