I want thighs workouts i have tried nearly every workout on internet but every exercise makes me lose fat from other body parts but not thighs 🥺🥺 i don't know what should I do
I am doing this workouts since 5-6 days and little changes i am seeing ❤️ If u are doing it than guys please don't stop no pain no gain let's do it together and always love yourself 💖💖
I started this 3 days ago. First day i could only do seven minutes, today on day 3 i could do full 12 mins. I am sure in a week i will be able to do this with much more ease. *You can do it*

Does this work out help you to lose weight and fat in this area how long do think it will take me I mean how long do I do this one work out for weeks days will they be lot smaller I do not want bigger or wider please let me know back thank you soon I had seen nobody else got one I hope you do for me
You cant spot reduce but if you are in a caloric deficit and try to eat foods that are very nutrition based and whole foods along with working out then thats when you will see progress.
