- THIS IS A QUICK & EFFECTIVE INNER & OUTER THIGH BURNER.
I love these 10 minutes because they're quick and effective, and a mix off and on the floor (you already know I love it!). I could feel my legs burning a lot long after I did this workout. I made sure I included different exercises that focused on the inner part of your thighs and work on those muscles to tighten them and make them stronger.

How many days a week do you have to do these exercises?
it depends on your goals! you could even do it every day but I recommend you to vary. you can follow a weekly plan focused on the muscles that you want to train the most! choose how many minutes per day and put together videos with similar muscle activations! you can do:
day 1. 20min lean legs + 10min yoga + this video! = 40min of workout (example).
if u don't know how and where to start with, it's easier to follow the plan that Mary publishes on the community here on yt!

with the lunges and squats in this video, you can build nice lean muscles, too :) and I agree with muscle building, not just 50 plus but above 30-35, we have to also pay attention to building muscle and focusing on movements in order to be able to properly move 60+
