Got mine ordered! Exactly what I needed! Thanks for the video Joelster! 🍻
Fantastic video, really helpful showing both 2 in 1 out and 1 in 2 out!! Really good man, thanks for this, going to get this on Amazon now!
I’m just impressed you were able to get both a PS5 & Series X with the short supply 😉
YEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEESSS!!!! That's exactly what I was looking for! Thanks!
Just bought it!
I just noticed last weekend on the PS5 for it to do 120 FPS it has to drop down to 8 Bit Color. The series X can stay in 10 Bit Color while in 120 FPS. I wonder if the 32 Gb bandwidth on the PS5 is causing that.
Yes that could be.
Always very informative and great content brotha cheers !! All the way from Mexico!
Thanks, Im glad you enjoyed the video.!!
When these 4K 120 switches start coming with remotes, it’s going to be 🔥
I’m surprised it doesn’t but for the price they had to cut down somewhere so it can be affordable
Good thing my Tv and Gaming Monitors has more than 1 HDMI 2.1 but $30 for the HDMI 2.1 Switch is a good deal
Great video!! Will this hdmi 2.1 switch work with a gaming monitor as well?
Try finding one where you don't have to press a button to switch it should do that automatically
My daughter can not make up her mind which console to get. Now thanks to you there is no excuse to buy both console. Thanks alot , now you cost me more money! Nah you cost me more than $30!!!!
I noticed you have 4 hdmi ports you could of used one port for either consoles. Youll get 120 hertz but at the cost of 1440 p not 2160 or you could get a avr that does 120 hertz at 4k and hook everything to it and just one cable to your e- ark
That is what this device does, I have the PS5 and XBSX connected to my Neo G8 monitor and I can switch between them with the push of a button and every feature works, its awesome, I love it, I still use everyday.
now how do i hook this up too my elgato capture card ? do i put my outport to my in port or the out port ?
Yes you put the out port from the switch to the In port on the el gato and then the out port from the el gato to the TV.
Can you ude a ps5 and a pc
Does this splitter support 1440p resolution on playstation 5?
For some reason the series x won’t work with this switcher it makes me display it in 1080p on this switcher
Check the HDMI cable is 2.1, also check the HDMI port on the TV is 2.1 and Enhance it if its necessary, I know it works, I tested with the Xbox SX and PS5 and everything works fine.
I’m going to order one of these for my ps5 and xbox series s but was wondering does this support 1440p I want to use this on Samsung odyssey g7 1440p 240hz monitor
Does do I need put the micro cable intro the Switcher an my tv I use it on Lg c2 and 27 gaming monitor on my ps5
Will it work 2 hdmi out for video to the tv and other hdmi in an amp for audio?
Does that introduce any more input lag or any sort of lag?
No nothing at all, I tested Coldwar, Warzone, Destiny 2 and they all felt very responsive.
@@JoelsterG4k nice
I got the Philips high definition switch 8k and my tv is still showing 3840+2160 60Hz shouldn’t it go to 120Hz?
@briandavidson2724 I haven't tried the philips switch, also, does your tv support 120hz?
@@JoelsterG4k I didn’t look at the box until I got home and it only says 120 motion rate so probably not
I don't get it why did you get two 2021 oled TV? Especially when the C1 model has four HDMI 2.1 ports and that's all you really need.
I am doing videos on the Sony, I already had the C1. I will get the new models when they become available.
My TV only has one input, if I got the four port one, can I hook up my surround sound My Apple TV and my soundbar and run it on the one port in the TV?
Yes but you can only use one at a time.
@@JoelsterG4k damn, thank you for the quick response. I bought a nice surround sound system and I can't even use it wit My PS5. . I have an apple tv, a surround sound system and a ps5 that I need to try to get plugged in together. Mainly I need my apple and surround to be linked up.
@@rawn5309 I would connect the surround to the eARC port and the apple tv to the other port, the only reason I would need another HDMI 2.1 port is for the gaming features like 4k/120hz, VRR, etc.
@@JoelsterG4k never even thought about doing it like that! I'm going to give that a shot! Thank you man, I appreciate the look out!
Why is Ray tracing disabled I take it the hdmi switcher can't support Ray tracing ?
What made you get this one over the other one that everybody gets ?
It was pointless to make another video on the one everybody else has.
Which one is that?
Do you or does anyone know how much input delay is added when using one of these?
I tested Coldwar, warzone, destiny 2 and they all felt responsive and fast. I measured the inputlag at 12.8ms which is very good.
@@JoelsterG4k what's the input lag without the device? Same?
Nice switch for the price.
Can this extractor be used with series x at 1440p at 120hz?
Yes you can, up to 4k/120hz.
What’s up Joel 🤟🏽
Whats up bigboss 🤟😎
does it support HDR?
The link for the switcher goes to a 2.0 switcher on Amazon, not a 2.1 one..
Did he fix it? Works for me. The difference is price. The 2.0 Costs 9.99 the 2.1 is 32$
@@IDrawToothpicks I just had a look. No, it still (takes me anyway) to a 2.0 switcher.
Does it switch automatic to the one system that is on?
No, that's what the button is for, even if I turn off one console you have to press it to switch.
@@JoelsterG4k yeah im lazy af I'll wait for the automatic one
Thk❤
No 12 bit?
Does it introduce input lag?
No, I check it and it was at 10.2 ms which is great for a tv.
Cool
How stupid are Sony , more money to be made with gamers smh than casual tv viewers
Well it’s a Sony tv, you know for Sonys PlayStation? Samsung leans more toward Xbox.

Ughh my problem is that.... I would like to this but...... I stream using OBS, I need a HDMI Mirror 120 hz on both ports, from Console to TV ARC & GameCapture Card so I don't lose video quality. The way I have it NOW I have my console connected to the Capture Card then that is Connected my PC and my PC is connected to TV, @60hz and video quality almost looks 1080 p horrible.
I would LOVE to play on the ARC port with 120 hz on my console connected to my TV but if I do that I cant stream through my PC
Ideas?
