      Hello. I understand very well that in the 1 in -> 2 out configuration it can't display image on 2 TVs at the same time. But What about sound?? I need one cable to go to my TV, and the other to my AVR. So I get image on the TV and sound with full eARC support on the AVR, at the same time... Is THIS possible?
      Can you please test this out for me? It would be a very important piece of information that can't be found anywhere. :(
      Thank you.

      @@TechSteve I want an upgrade, not a downgrade! This isn't HDMI 2.1 48Gbps, it doesn't support 1080p 240Hz, 4K 120Hz, VRR, ALLM, HDR10+, chroma 4:4:4, etc, etc, like the other one.
      So please test that one for us.

    Hey tech Steve!! Hope you’re doing well, but what is your thought on llanos 3 in 1 and 4 in 1 switch? Just want to make sure I won’t be losing any performance, I’m looking at the 3 in 1 llano hdmi 2.1 switch that way I can have my ps5, series s, and series x all connected! I have a Vizio mqx 50 inch oled 4k 120hz tv yes I know it’s a budget display but it works great for me, I was used to old 32 inch 720p tvs so this is a major upgrade for me, let’s just say I’m still made speechless by what this display shows me😂😂😂 tech us brought me so much happiness in the last two years especially since my autoimmune has made daily life that much more difficult, being able to stay home and enjoy what these machines can do today is honestly my happy place😂😂

    I'm interested in the multi display aspect more. I am going to try to get a 50ft hdmi 2.1 cable just to be safe and try to run it underneath the house so i can run my ps5 on my desk setup and then to my living room also in case the wife needs to work on the pc or something. Do you think the signal would be good from a 50ft cord?

    Tech Steve I need a HDMI 2.1 to Display Port 1.4 ( perhaps bi-directional). I need it to play 120 Hz 4K on my Acer Nitro xv273k 27 inch monitor via Display Port because it only has HDMI 2.0. I got a tiny big of lag with the PS5 and XSX with the switcher, but there really is no other alternative. I don’t want to keep plugging/unplugging the cables. The alternative is to use the arc port, but then I lose Dolby Atmos with Netflix and my XSX. :/

      Earc is supposed to work with Dolby Vision I thought ..

    • @babygiant396
      @babygiant396 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@Richard_Rz eARCwill only work if your A/V receiver also has eArc. My Tv has eARC but my A/V receiver doesn’t. For me to utilize eARC, I would need to upgrade my A/V receiver as well. eARC does support Dolby Vision, but only if all of your components support that - not just your TV. I ditched these ‘switches’ and use a coupler instead. Works perfectly. I have a video on this on my channel if you want to check it out.. These switchers caused me a lot of grief and frustration…
