Day 3 ✅ - did this 5 times and I’ve also realized there’s a huge difference since day one my face looks slimmer and my neck does too and my jawline is showing . @@daddypoochie Ah I see. I think it would’ve been better if you did it twice but now that you switched to another video, try to stick with doing it twice. If you’re a sedentary person (meaning you’re not too active and mostly sit) or if you’re already a skinny person to begin with, you will be seeing little to no results.

Hi guys, I have been doing this exercise for like two weeks now. When I first started it, I had double chin and no jaw line at all and within just the first three days of doing these exercises right before my night time skincare routine everyday I started seeing results already and now within just two weeks I have a very sharp jaw line , my neck looks longer and my collar bones are more visible. Highly recommend trying this and thank you Gloria. Consistency is the key ❤
@leelizq a diet most likely doesn't help. I recommend a calorie deficit. A calorie deficit is basically eating whatever u want (but make sure not to eat fast food and sweets EVERY single day) but stay in a healthy amount of calorie intake
I did this for a week and here are my honest thoughts. I do this 2 times in a row, everyday before going to bed, on the first two days I felt my neck REALLY tighten (pain). Then my double chin starting to disappear on 3rd/4th day. My jawline even got slimmer! I'll continue doing this workout, I'll update every Tuesday. Lets see how this goes!! UPDATE: I continued doing this for a week and once again, the same results happened as before but even better!! I started seeing a visible jawline!! I'm so happy cause my jawline definitely tightened after this exercise. I've also seen the comments and I have to be honest, I lost a little bit of cheek fat but not too much. It's definitely not as puffy as before so this definitely worked!! UPDATE AGAIN: sorry i forgot to update, tbh my jawline looks the same as the second week except MUCH MORE TIGHTER. And I’ve seen the comments; no I’m not on a diet but I am limiting sweets and oily food. I also didn’t loose that much cheek fat. UPDATE: I want everyone here to know that I have realised something. I slimmed down very easily because I also work out 4 times a week. I do the tabata workout incase you wanted to know. Other than that I have been trying some other videos that slims down cheek fat since I'm satisfied enough with my jawline :D For now, I'm trying the channel 'MuscleWatching'. Let's see how things go...
Hey guys, I have been doing this workout since July 2022 and it is now July 2023! I must say this workout is VERY effective. It helps your face feel more tighter and more defined. In 2022 my face was very bloated and had no jawline at all and now there is a HUGE difference. I can now see my jawline and feel more confident. My family members even told me I look different! The key to help this be more effective like it was for me is to workout. Specifically, HIIT cardio workouts is the type of workout that helped me! Of course, keep in mind it is different for everyone so cardio may not work for some. I still ate what I wanted but portioned. Hope this helps anyone wondering if this is effective! 🤗

I'll try to update you guys everyday starting today. Week 1: Day 1: I did it and already noticed a difference! My smile lines are showing less and I can really see my jawline take structure. Day 2: my jawline hurts way more than yesterday. It is sore. And feels tight and I definitely see the difference already! Day 3: My jawline got slimmer! And I can feel way less fat in my double chin. It doesn't hurt as much as yesterday. Though more you do it, the more you get used to it! I see slight changes! Day 4: It felt way less sore than yesterday, the more you do it the more you get used to it. My jawline is already defined and I have less fat in my double chin, My double chin is starting to disappear. My jawline got slimmer too Day 5: Sorry I haven't updated in a while but I did it just didn't update you guys. SO I notice my face is getting thinner and my jawline is getting more defined and all the things I said the past few days Day 6: I did it and like i said, my face getting slimmer and thinner, losing face fat. And jawline more defined and thinner Day 7: HAPPY 1 WEEK! I already see less face fat and my jaw getting slimmer and thinner and defined, im more confident :)
I did this workout when the video came out, and ever since I have had a lot less neck pain and my double chin is gone! I would also recommend eating healthy and exercising daily to keep the results and stay fit! Gloria’s work outs have always been amazing. I highly recommend you try them. Also her voice is also just so nice to hear in my opinion she really gets me motivated!💕

I've always had a lot of neck fat. I've been doing this workout every day for about 2-3 weeks now and I can definitely see the difference in the shape of my face, and I can even start to see a bit of a jawline forming! I'm excited ^

Doing this for one week and checking the results. Day one: It was okay. i didn't feel particularly sore but I did feel my neck tighten. Day two: I felt the pain a lot better today. I don't know if it's because I stretched my neck more but it feels satisfying, especially the part where you massage the neck downwards. I did it twice in the morning. Day three: Haven't seen any results, but I feel more soreness in my neck. I think I am just now doing the workout in a more effective way. Will update tomorrow. Damn but felt the stretch so 10/10 :) Day 2: still kinda tense, but I could 100% feel the difference :)) Forgot ab this lol but i did it for like two weeks straight?? My honest opinion I've been doing this for like a week or 2 with other face exercises and I'm telling you this my neck, jawline and cleavage are beautiful I think this is one of the workouts that made my neck and cleavage look amazing I definitely will continue doing this and definitely recommend!!
I'll try this for a week let's see how it goes Day 1: Today I felt the neck stretches so good. Also it was hurting a little bit, but I feel relaxed now. Also I did this twice today in the afternoon and now it's night time right now. Day 2: Okay it's 9:00 p.m. just did it right now, it felt so good. I can still feel the neck stretches, my neck and shoulders were hurting a little bit because of the stretches but it also felt good. No changes on my double chin yet. Day 3: It's 9:23 P.M. today, it was only about 4-5 minutes doing this. I did it twice so it was like 10 minutes for me. My shoulders were feeling a little bit of pain not a lot just a little bit, I guess that's because I'm still not used to it. My muscles are tense on both sides I guess that might be another reason. My shoulders and neck were hurting but not like the first day, the first day I literally felt like this video wasn't going to end soon. I can still feel the stretch. My double chin still hasn't changed but I can say that this is relaxing if you really are stressed out this helps. Day 4: It's 8:42 P.M. I just did it just once today. The neck stretches felt good, I was studying right now do these stretches felt really relaxing for me. My shoulders weren't hurting a lot like yesterday. I can still feel the stretches though, my shoulders were still kinda tense like yesterday. My double chin still hasn't changed no changes at all, at least not yet for me. Day 5: It's 5:33 p.m. I just did it right now. I can't feel any pain anymore I think my muscles on my neck it's getting used to it now. I can still feel the stretches it just doesn't really hurt anymore like before. I can see that my double chin is starting to begin to slowly disappear. It's not completely gone it just seems like it's looking a bit better than the first day. I still have my double chin but it seems like it's starting to begin the change. Also I've been avoiding to lean my head down on my phone and computer now I'm trying to stay straight that's always helping me. Day 6: Just did it it's 7:30 p.m. double chin is still there but I can see some changes just a little bit. I felt the stretches so good. It will take time but I'm sure I'll make it. Day 7: Last day updating this. Let's say this helped a lot. My shoulders I'm always trying to keep them down and relaxed. My double chin still isn't gone but it is starting to slowly change. Don't give up guys. I'm sure y'all will make it. I'm about 200 pounds 90kg so I need to lose weight on chin and stomach :( but I'll not give up. I hope you all enjoy these stretches 💜
Omg you’re so strong! I’m around the same weight too, and just let me tell you, you’re gonna want to stop and start again so many times, but the end result will be so worth it for you :)! If you’re ever in doubt, just remember your why! (reason for losing weight)

Please be extra careful when doing the first neck stretch. you dont wanna pull a neck muscle 0-0. Just a light pull on the first stretch where you can start to feel it :D
gonna go ahead and try this out for the rest of the month :D - day 1 : done (my jaw is a little sore, but the stretches felt really good) - day 2 : done (didn't hurt as much as yesterday) - day 3 : done (decided to do it twice in a row, and I think I'll just go ahead and do it twice a day for the rest of the month :) ) - day 4 : done (did it twice in a row, and i think i'm starting to notice my jawline becoming a little more defined :0) - day 5 : done (twice in a row, no major changes in the overall appearance of my face but my jawline is still looking more defined than before!) - day 6 : didn't get to do it since I was so busy the whole day, but I will definitely do it tomorrow night :) - day 7 : done (only got to do it once today) - day 8 : done (only got to do it once today again since i had so much homework D:) - day 9 : done (twice in a row, and my jawline seems a little more defined than before!) - day 10 : done (did it once for today) - day 11 : couldn’t complete it today since i had to get ready for a trip - day 12 : done (did it once, and i recently began to notice my face looking a little more thinner and my jawline looking more defined!)
Sharing my experience to remind myself to come back and do it! Day 1: The neck definitely feels temporarily tighter right after the workout Day 2: feels great and productive! Day 3: Day 4: i already see a difference. It's not much but the progress is very fast! Day 5: did it Day 6: it works but I'd recommend to try other videos in addition to this one
I’m going to do this for 7 days (approximately a week)! Day 1: My neck was stiff before doing this, but after completing this workout my neck felt more relaxed. To anyone who’s doing this workout, I believe in you ❤️ Day 2: I can’t see any visible changes, but I can definitely feel my double chin less. Day 3: My double chin definitely decreased a bit, and my jaw line is more noticeable now! (Note; everyone's body is different so it might take you longer (or shorter) to notice the differences) Days 4-7; Definitely see some minor changes on both my double chin and jawline (Decided to do this for 7 more days and here are the results; *end of the week* my jawline is more noticeable, and it has gotten slimmer. My double chin is almost unnoticeable now!!)

Defo works guys. I've only been doing it around twice a day for 3 days so far and notice my neck fat decreasing. The reason I think its decreasing is that my jawline is getting that bit sharper. The change is not massively noticeable but its enough that I can see it in my profile. I'm excited about this as my weak chin has been bugging me all my life and now I'm pretty sure that the fix was to exercise it all along the same as the rest of my body. Might come back to this comment in a months time with an update
Ok I’ve been doing this workout once a day for exactly 41 days and here are my honest thoughts. This workout is AMAZING. I used to be so insecure about my double chin and not visible jawline but right now my double chin is completely gone and i have a jawline that ive always wanted to have. Also, my face is slimmer. I see amazing results after doing this workout (u have to do it regularly tho). My face have never looked better!
@@miranajm1199 i didn’t, i literally had no jawline for my entire life. I started seeing actual results after around 1-2 weeks, but i think it depends on how stretched your neck muscles are (mine werent stretched at all).
starting this exercise for a week ! day 1 - took before pictures and then started the exercise . my neck feels pretty sore but it's not unbearable . it has stretched my neck very well and i can already tell that this will be worth it ❤️ day 2 - my neck is a lot less sore this time around and the stretch feels nice . doing this exercise right before bed is really just the best feeling in the world day 3 - it doesn't hurt nearly as much anymore and the stretch has really mellowed me out . i can really feel it working ❤

ive been dong this workout everyday for two weeks. i have really noticed a difference. my neck is slimmer, and a jaw line is starting to form. my face shape overall looks a bit more defined. im going to continue this workout but i really recommend it. the difference so far isnt huge but its noticeable after only two weeks

Doing this for a whole month day 1: Nice stretch but obviously there was no results because they weren't gonna show that quickly day 2: I did this twice in a row today because i felt like my neck needed that extra stretch its nice before you go to sleep Day 3: my neck feels really nice and stretched and I can kind of see an change in my face shape once again I repeated the workout twice which I’m gonna do for the rest of the month Day 4: good stretch slight change Day 5: my face is rlly starting to shape Day 6: I can see under my neck is starting to rlly stretch out and lose some fat Day 7: my neck hurt today so this was a good stretch Day 8: my neck looks so good!!! So a lot of people say that this sorta of thing is fake, but then there's a lot saying this it works, so I'm going to try this for about a month to see if it helps me at all and I'm going to leave my updates on here! Day 1: I sometimes do stretches like these in choir, this this might help with that too lol. Not too bad though, really hoping it helps! Day 2: Actually felt tightening in my face (Which I'm surprised since this is only the second day). This was also a really good stretch to do before bed, I'm going to try to do this twice a day starting tomorrow though. Day 3: Didn't do this in the morning, gonna try to tomorrow. Once again, my face feels pretty tight, but not painful. Day 4: Same thing, ran out of time in the morning, but still feeling the stretch lol. Day 5: Yoooooo, finally had time in the morning! I'm happy with my nightly consistency too. I hope that this is working! Day 6: Ran out of time once again in the morning. Almost have been doing this for a week though! Day 7: Yooo, I've been doing this for a week! I'm gonna update for another week on how this is going, but for now, I'm not sure if I'm seeing a difference yet because for the most part I've only done this once a day, so I'm doing another week Week 2: Still at it, and I think I have noticed a little bit of a difference on my jawline, not to mention, my face does actually look a tiny bit thinner.

i’ll try to update, doing this every day! day 1: my neck felt sooo good being stretched out, i felt a lot of muscles being used that aren’t usually used. obviously no results since it’s the first day, but i’ll keep going! day 2: the stretches are getting a lot more easier to do, and it felt really good today after stretching, almost like my neck felt lighter! (another day 2 update: just got back from the gym and looked in the mirror, and my jawline is a little less soft now after doing this!) day 3: tiny differences!!! i’m so happy and my neck feels soooo stretched out. for the first couple days, the opening and closing your mouth part WILL hurt slightly/be uncomfortable. but now, on day three, it’s much more bearable. my double chin fat has reduced a little bit and i’m so happy! i cant wait to see more results :) day 4: THIS DAY WAS SO GOOD!!! i can definitely feel a difference in when my chin met my neck and that’s because a lot of fat as gone away! my jawline is slightly more defined as well.

Doing this 2 times in a row everyday!! Will update everyday Day 1: neck hurts a little bit but not alot. There's no changes since this is the first day. I did feel my muscles being stretched as well. Day 2: neck hurt less. It felt nice to get a good stretch. There's not an changes although, my double chin does feel different. I could feel all the stretches and the tension building. I'm gonna do this one more time Day 3: I'm starting to lose confidence. This doesn't look like it working and people have been getting results on the 3rd or 4th day. I haven't lost any fat. I feel so much more confident now!! My double chin is definitely less noticeable and you have no idea how happy this makes me!! I‘m sorry but what do you expect to happen in only three days? This is not magic, consistency is key I would try it out for at least two weeks and then report

Keep trying! Every body works different. You might not see changes right away like others, but it doesn't mean that it doesn't work! I started seeing a slight change on the 2nd day. I'm sure you will see a change if you keep trying :)
21st of july, 2024, first day of the workout. I'm also doing another facial exercise and about 3-4 Lilly Sabri workouts a day. I also try and reach 10,000 steps a day! Day 1: ✅ did it twice. Day 2: ✅ 2x. I hold the stretchers for longer because i feel like they're to short.
Thank you for making this video! I’ve been doing this for over two weeks, maybe even close to a month now. I do it once a day. Sometimes I forget. I either do it in the morning or before bed. I’ve noticed my jaw is a little more define and when I look in the mirror I don’t see the double chin nearly as much, like it’s totally toning down. If you don’t already, you should workout a little (or however much you want), it’ll get the jawline showing a bit more faster and you’ll definetly see visible differences!

@@miaroberts-m6u you should treat these exercises like you would treat any other muscle group. If you slack for too long the changes can go back to the way they were before. I heard some people say that if you stop doing these exercises then your going to look worse but i don't really know too much about that.
Day 1: I did it once and I obv didn't see any results but my goal is to get this done before school starts back up again in a little less than a month. I do have a lot of motivation from everyone in the comments saying that it does work. I will be updating every day.

Alright, I’m gonna come back every day to write about my experience. This is just to hold myself accountable Day 1: Super easy, my face feels super relaxed, I don’t think I’ll have any problems with this. Day 2: same as yesterday, it’s a great stretch. It’s definitely helped my neck posture. Because my face is angling up it makes my double chin less noticeable Day 3: (whoops forgot to write lol) I’ve been looking straight on, and it’s really diminished the look of my double chin! It’s obviously still there, so I’ll keep going Day 4: I feel a little sore, but the stretches are getting easier. The area under my chin is feeling more toned. Day 5: feeling toned and looking pretty good! Day 6 & 7: (forgot to update again lol) I might start updating weekly! I’m looking a lot less puffy, but I think doing it for another week will help!

I’ve been doing this for two weeks, just once a day. And I have seen a difference, I have a sharper jawline, less neck fat (underneath chin as well), and my neck looks longer and overall slimmer. I suggest taking just those 5 minutes to do this, it makes a difference. I did start to see changes the first few days to the first week, sharper jawline, less neck/chin fat, ect. So I highly recommend!

When I first started it, I had double chin and no jaw line at all and within just the first three days of doing these exercises right before my night time skincare routine everyday I started seeing results already and now within just two weeks I have a very sharp jaw line , my neck looks longer and my collar bones are more visible. @leelizq a diet most likely doesn't help. I recommend a calorie deficit. A calorie deficit is basically eating whatever u want (but make sure not to eat fast food and sweets EVERY single day) but stay in a healthy amount of calorie intake

I did this for a week and here are my honest thoughts. I do this 2 times in a row, everyday before going to bed, on the first two days I felt my neck REALLY tighten (pain). Then my double chin starting to disappear on 3rd/4th day. My jawline even got slimmer! I'll continue doing this workout, I'll update every Tuesday. Lets see how this goes!!
UPDATE: I continued doing this for a week and once again, the same results happened as before but even better!! I started seeing a visible jawline!! I'm so happy cause my jawline definitely tightened after this exercise. I've also seen the comments and I have to be honest, I lost a little bit of cheek fat but not too much. It's definitely not as puffy as before so this definitely worked!!
UPDATE AGAIN: sorry i forgot to update, tbh my jawline looks the same as the second week except MUCH MORE TIGHTER. And I’ve seen the comments; no I’m not on a diet but I am limiting sweets and oily food. I also didn’t loose that much cheek fat.
UPDATE: I want everyone here to know that I have realised something. I slimmed down very easily because I also work out 4 times a week. I do the tabata workout incase you wanted to know. Other than that I have been trying some other videos that slims down cheek fat since I'm satisfied enough with my jawline :D For now, I'm trying the channel 'MuscleWatching'. Let's see how things go...

Hey guys, I have been doing this workout since July 2022 and it is now July 2023! I must say this workout is VERY effective. It helps your face feel more tighter and more defined. In 2022 my face was very bloated and had no jawline at all and now there is a HUGE difference. I can now see my jawline and feel more confident. My family members even told me I look different! The key to help this be more effective like it was for me is to workout. Specifically, HIIT cardio workouts is the type of workout that helped me! Of course, keep in mind it is different for everyone so cardio may not work for some. I still ate what I wanted but portioned. Hope this helps anyone wondering if this is effective! 🤗

Day 1: I did it and already noticed a difference! My smile lines are showing less and I can really see my jawline take structure.
Day 2: my jawline hurts way more than yesterday. It is sore. And feels tight and I definitely see the difference already!

I did this workout when the video came out, and ever since I have had a lot less neck pain and my double chin is gone! I would also recommend eating healthy and exercising daily to keep the results and stay fit! Gloria’s work outs have always been amazing. I highly recommend you try them. Guys ive been doing this for months now, and to tell you honestly this made my face look slimmer and definetly lost a lot of face fat! It takes time, but the results are realt worth it! I reccomend taking photos everyday/every week, so you can see a difference

Doing this for one week and checking the results.
Day one: It was okay. i didn't feel particularly sore but I did feel my neck tighten.
Day two: I felt the pain a lot better today. I don't know if it's because I stretched my neck more but it feels satisfying, especially the part where you massage the neck downwards. I did it twice in the morning.
Day three: Haven't seen any results, but I feel more soreness in my neck. I think I am just now doing the workout in a more effective way. Will update tomorrow.

@@Boba_tipz114 YES it works so well, I would definitely recommend trying it, I found it works best when I do it in the mornings and at night, I have also been doing some face exercises those have also helped I can recommend some more if you would like, but this one works very well, I also recommend not looking down on your phone all day, as this made my double chin worse, hope this helps!✨🫶

My honest opinion I've been doing this for like a week or 2 with other face exercises and I'm telling you this my neck, jawline and cleavage are beautiful I think this is one of the workouts that made my neck and cleavage look amazing I definitely will continue doing this and definitely recommend!!

Day 1: Today I felt the neck stretches so good. Also it was hurting a little bit, but I feel relaxed now. Also I did this twice today in the afternoon and now it's night time right now.
Day 2: Okay it's 9:00 p.m. just did it right now, it felt so good. I can still feel the neck stretches, my neck and shoulders were hurting a little bit because of the stretches but it also felt good. No changes on my double chin yet.
Day 3: It's 9:23 P.M. today, it was only about 4-5 minutes doing this. I did it twice so it was like 10 minutes for me. My shoulders were feeling a little bit of pain not a lot just a little bit, I guess that's because I'm still not used to it. My muscles are tense on both sides I guess that might be another reason. My shoulders and neck were hurting but not like the first day, the first day I literally felt like this video wasn't going to end soon. I can still feel the stretch. My double chin still hasn't changed but I can say that this is relaxing if you really are stressed out this helps.
Day 4: It's 8:42 P.M. I just did it just once today. The neck stretches felt good, I was studying right now do these stretches felt really relaxing for me. My shoulders weren't hurting a lot like yesterday. I can still feel the stretches though, my shoulders were still kinda tense like yesterday. My double chin still hasn't changed no changes at all, at least not yet for me.
Day 5: It's 5:33 p.m. I just did it right now. I can't feel any pain anymore I think my muscles on my neck it's getting used to it now. I can still feel the stretches it just doesn't really hurt anymore like before. I can see that my double chin is starting to begin to slowly disappear. It's not completely gone it just seems like it's looking a bit better than the first day. I still have my double chin but it seems like it's starting to begin the change. Also I've been avoiding to lean my head down on my phone and computer now I'm trying to stay straight that's always helping me.
Day 6: Just did it it's 7:30 p.m. double chin is still there but I can see some changes just a little bit. I felt the stretches so good. It will take time but I'm sure I'll make it.
Day 7: Last day updating this. Let's say this helped a lot. My shoulders I'm always trying to keep them down and relaxed. My double chin still isn't gone but it is starting to slowly change. Don't give up guys. I'm sure y'all will make it. I'm about 200 pounds 90kg so I need to lose weight on chin and stomach :( but I'll not give up. I hope you all enjoy these stretches 💜

Please be extra careful when doing the first neck stretch. you dont wanna pull a neck muscle 0-0. Just a light pull on the first stretch where you can start to feel it :D

Day 1: My neck was stiff before doing this, but after completing this workout my neck felt more relaxed. To anyone who’s doing this workout, I believe in you ❤️
Day 2: I can’t see any visible changes, but I can definitely feel my double chin less.
Day 3: My double chin definitely decreased a bit, and my jaw line is more noticeable now! (Note; everyone's body is different so it might take you longer (or shorter) to notice the differences)
Days 4-7; Definitely see some minor changes on both my double chin and jawline
(Decided to do this for 7 more days and here are the results; *end of the week* my jawline is more noticeable, and it has gotten slimmer. My double chin is almost unnoticeable now!!)

Defo works guys. I've only been doing it around twice a day for 3 days so far and notice my neck fat decreasing. The reason I think its decreasing is that my jawline is getting that bit sharper. The change is not massively noticeable but its enough that I can see it in my profile. I'm excited about this as my weak chin has been bugging me all my life and now I'm pretty sure that the fix was to exercise it all along the same as the rest of my body. Might come back to this comment in a months time with an update

Ok I’ve been doing this workout once a day for exactly 41 days and here are my honest thoughts.
This workout is AMAZING. I used to be so insecure about my double chin and not visible jawline but right now my double chin is completely gone and i have a jawline that ive always wanted to have. Also, my face is slimmer. I see amazing results after doing this workout (u have to do it regularly tho). My face have never looked better!
Before you did the exercise, did you have a tiny bit jawline or didn't you have any jawline? And when did you start to see the result? x
@@miranajm1199 i didn’t, i literally had no jawline for my entire life. I started seeing actual results after around 1-2 weeks, but i think it depends on how stretched your neck muscles are (mine werent stretched at all).

So a lot of people say that this sorta of thing is fake, but then there's a lot saying this it works, so I'm going to try this for about a month to see if it helps me at all and I'm going to leave my updates on here!
Day 1: I sometimes do stretches like these in choir, this this might help with that too lol. Not too bad though, really hoping it helps!
Day 2: Actually felt tightening in my face (Which I'm surprised since this is only the second day). This was also a really good stretch to do before bed, I'm going to try to do this twice a day starting tomorrow though.
Day 3: Didn't do this in the morning, gonna try to tomorrow. Once again, my face feels pretty tight, but not painful.
Day 4: Same thing, ran out of time in the morning, but still feeling the stretch lol.
Day 5: Yoooooo, finally had time in the morning! I'm happy with my nightly consistency too. I hope that this is working!

day 1: my neck felt sooo good being stretched out, i felt a lot of muscles being used that aren’t usually used. obviously no results since it’s the first day, but i’ll keep going!
day 2: the stretches are getting a lot more easier to do, and it felt really good today after stretching, almost like my neck felt lighter! (another day 2 update: just got back from the gym and looked in the mirror, and my jawline is a little less soft now after doing this!)
day 3: tiny differences!!! i’m so happy and my neck feels soooo stretched out. for the first couple days, the opening and closing your mouth part WILL hurt slightly/be uncomfortable. but now, on day three, it’s much more bearable. my double chin fat has reduced a little bit and i’m so happy! i cant wait to see more results :)
day 4: THIS DAY WAS SO GOOD!!! i can definitely feel a difference in when my chin met my neck and that’s because a lot of fat as gone away! my jawline is slightly more defined as well.

Day 3: I'm starting to lose confidence. This doesn't look like it working and people have been getting results on the 3rd or 4th day. I haven't lost any fat. Nothing's looks different. I'm just feeling really insecure right now. But I'll try again tomorrow
Day 4: definitely starting to see results. I am actually so happy. I feel so much more confident now!! My double chin is definitely less noticeable and you have no idea how happy this makes me!! Can't wait to see more results
Day 5: there wasn't too many noticeable results today. I'm not gonna write alot for today cause I'm so tired, I'm just gonna go sleep. I also started to feel like this is just giving me a double chin, but I'm not sure at this point
Day 6: I'm starting to feel like this was never working in the first place. I'm really not seeing any difference. If anything, it seems like I'm just gaining a double chin. I really don't like it.
Day:9? I kinda skipped day 7 and 8 because I'm losing motivation but I will be doing it today. If anyone has any tips for motivation please let me know
I‘m sorry but what do you expect to happen in only three days? This is not magic, consistency is key I would try it out for at least two weeks and then report

Keep trying! Every body works different. You might not see changes right away like others, but it doesn't mean that it doesn't work! I started seeing a slight change on the 2nd day. I'm sure you will see a change if you keep trying :)

21st of july, 2024, first day of the workout. I'm also doing another facial exercise and about 3-4 Lilly Sabri workouts a day. I also try and reach 10,000 steps a day!

Thank you for making this video! I’ve been doing this for over two weeks, maybe even close to a month now. I do it once a day. Sometimes I forget. I either do it in the morning or before bed. I’ve noticed my jaw is a little more define and when I look in the mirror I don’t see the double chin nearly as much, like it’s totally toning down. My gym buddy told me my face was thinner without knowing I was doing these exercises. I of course shared this video with her! Just do it once a day and see for yourself. You’re not gonna notice after a day or two, you gotta keep going. And your progress won’t suffer if you miss a day here and there. Like with anything consistency is key not perfection.

(Realistically doing this for 2 weeks)
Day 1: felt nothing after the stretch, later felt some pain behind lower mouth inside my mouth if you understand 😭
Day2: actually completed it and feel a slight stretch and tiny burn in my lower chin. Not much progress seeing as it's only been 2 days :)
Day 3: no pain felt after the workout but noticed the fat under my chin has become softer (progress??) Might start doing this is the morning and night 🌙
Day 4/5: I didn't get to do the stretch on day 4 so I did it 2 times on day 5 (evening and morning). I see a little difference in my jaw but not much. Just done the evening one too! I feel a little stretch in my double chin (I originally have a small , slightly un noticeable double chin). Hoping it's a sign of progress!!
Day 6: I think I see a bit of progress but not a lot like everyone else in the comments 😭💀. Almost been one week!
Day 7: It has officially been a week!! I don't see much progress, only the fat under my chin / double chin has gotten softer so I think it's a sign of progress. I think I will do this stretch for a month rather then 2 weeks!

Are the results permanent?
@@miaroberts-m6u you should treat these exercises like you would treat any other muscle group. If you slack for too long the changes can go back to the way they were before. I heard some people say that if you stop doing these exercises then your going to look worse but i don't really know too much about that.
Day 1: I did it once and I obv didn't see any results but my goal is to get this done before school starts back up again in a little less than a month. I do have a lot of motivation from everyone in the comments saying that it does work. I will be updating every day.

Alright, I’m gonna come back every day to write about my experience. This is just to hold myself accountable
Day 1: Super easy, my face feels super relaxed, I don’t think I’ll have any problems with this.
Day 2: same as yesterday, it’s a great stretch. It’s definitely helped my neck posture. Because my face is angling up it makes my double chin less noticeable
Day 3: (whoops forgot to write lol) I’ve been looking straight on, and it’s really diminished the look of my double chin! It’s obviously still there, so I’ll keep going
Day 4: I feel a little sore, but the stretches are getting easier. The area under my chin is feeling more toned.
Day 5: feeling toned and looking pretty good!
Day 6 & 7: (forgot to update again lol) I might start updating weekly! I’m looking a lot less puffy, but I think doing it for another week will help!

day 1: my throat and chin felt very tight and strained, but i noticed a difference right away! it looked slimmer and tighter just on day one, im so happy!
day 2: im noticing a lot of stuff! today my chin and neck hurt a little more than last time, which i hope is a sign of changes! my jawline and chin definitely look more defined and slim already. :)
day 3: i really had to push myself to do my workouts today. i wasnt feeling my best mentally but i really want to stick to my goals, so i pushed myself. it was easier today and im seeing more results! hopefully tomorrow is easier.

I’ve been doing this for two weeks, just once a day. And I have seen a difference, I have a sharper jawline, less neck fat (underneath chin as well), and my neck looks longer and overall slimmer.
I suggest taking just those 5 minutes to do this, it makes a difference. I did start to see changes the first few days to the first week, sharper jawline, less neck/chin fat, ect. So I highly recommend!
