    Thank you for these exercises. I'm a black South African and I do 3 times 30 minute boosted fitness walk with you every week. My blood pressure is in control. We thank God for you, giving us the best choices for our good health. I'm now in very best shape. Fikile Masondo

    I’m 29 years old new mom weighing 80 kg have started following this workout yesterday and optimistic about the results. I’ll come back after a month to share my progress.     Hi! I'm from Russia. Five months ago, I discovered your channel, watched it, and decided to walk one mile first. But very soon I realized that this load was not enough for me and took a walk for two miles. Now I combine two walks of two miles and am very satisfied. I train six days a week and my health is amazing! Thanks for the great walks!

We go to Church together and share many beautiful memories. We feel like Real Family! I started learning Russian as well 😀but need MORE time - not very good at it at the moment 🤣 But will keep trying! Wishing you a Blessed run up to Christmas! So GLAD to hear these workout help you! They help me too! I need to be consistent though and trying to do them every day - the 30 minute fast walk - which is 3 miles. I can only do it once a day though - Keep Up All the Good work!     I thank God that He brought Leslie's videos across my You Tube path in April after I had achieved a weight loss of 104 pounds. I have been working out with you all everyday to maintain my weight loss and tone up. I am 64 years old and never looked or felt better in my life. Praise the Lord and thank you for blessing us with your wonderful workout videos!!

    I workout with you 5 days a week feeling so much better! I began my journey of eating healthy in June 2020 & started my walking in Late December 2020! I’m not good for keeping routines, but this year was a game changer! You keep me motivated, I have maintained my weight loss of 25 1/2LBS ...thank you from a 54 year who isn’t unhappy with herself any longer 🙂

    I'm a 37 yo mom from Indonesia and I've been walking at home with leslie for almost 3 years since the pandemic and I've lost 20 kgs, having been able to carry my 7 yo child to his bed (when he's sleeping in the car) without feeling backache, gaining muscle and never felt better, thank you. WALKING WORKS!

    I'm from Rio de Janeiro - Brazil. I discovered this channel at the beginning of the quarantine, and after testing various types of exercises on other channels, I completely adapted to the walk to home. Currently I do the exercises from Monday to Friday morning and I have been feeling great! Thank you!

    I really don’t know my weight before I started these walks a month ago. But I can tell you I feel so much better and it gets easier and easier everyday. I know I’m losing inches because I age people asking me wow what are you doing? And I tell them I walk a mile every morning in my living room! And I send them the link!! Thank you so much for doing the beginners training. Working my way up to 2 miles. 😊

    Thank you very much dear Leslie Sansone and team. I'm from Indonesia. My sister introduced me this WALK WALK WALK, 1month ago. Since that, i follow your programmes 4-5times a week....and i always do what you always say: "POWER WALK, TUMMY TUG, LIFT YOUR KNEE, POWER WALK!". I really love all your workouts, it's fun, energic, powerfull, and i don't feel bored at all. 5 times a week in 1month, i can feel the result now....i can wear my trousers which didn't fit since 5months ago. I have a knee pain since 3years ago....and you know what? Since i did your workout, now the pain is slowly gone, i can feel my knee stronger now, i'm very happy😀 I will do walk walk walk again, and again, i want to be healthy, i want to keep my knee stronger, my foot, my leg, all part of my body, upper and lower.     I decided to try this vid after slowly rebuilding my body back up from a double knee injury. I restarted on 1 mile in June and incremented by 5 min every week. Today I did 40 min for the first time in a long time w/ no pain. I recognized this vid was from my 1st walking at home dvd set I had in 2014. These were my 2 fav segments out the entire set. Today is my birthday and my gift was to prove I can still do it, seeing my blast from the past vids was the icing on the cake. Thank you Leslie from the bottom of my heart.

    I'm 26 years old, so when I tell people I do your 'Walk at Home' videos to loose weight most people laugh. But it works for all ages! These videos aren't just for middle age women.

      What why do people laugh 😩😩😩😩 but walking is actually essential for people who are aiming to lose stored fat. 🥺 if you for walk 30 minutes or more, ur body will switch to burning stored fats compared to carbohydrates. high intensity cardio mostly burns carbs and only 20% of stored fats.
      Don't mind them 😅😅😅 they probably dont know that yet thats why they laugh at you 😁😁😁

    I share with my mom in Colombia, she is at home for quarantine time. Despite she doesn't speak english she enjoyed workout experience in the living room!!👌 My mom says: "when the girl say walk I understand is walk (caminar)" 😁thanks so much!!

    I have fibromyalgia and decided in March to start some exercise at home during lockdown. Your videos have helped me so much. I am amazed that I am now able to manage this workout and enjoy it! I started slowly with the 10 minutes workouts and gradually increased. I love it so much and have even got my husband joining in too. Thank you so much.

    I want to say thank you, I do this program everyday 5 days a week , I've been doing it since September, I'm now down 13 pounds, my blood pressure is under control and my A1C is under control as well. This really works for me,so thank you again Leslie I couldn't have done it without you

    We are an obese couple from Ireland, trying to get in our 10k steps a day as part of our weight loss journey, but the weather here does not always allow us to go for walks. lol, and since we found you it's so much easier!!!!🎅🎄🎅This was so awesome!! And so much fun!!!

    4’ warming up; 15’ yellow mile; 15’ green mile; 3’ winding down; 3’ chest and back. Easy to follow, lots of footwork, walking, knee lifts, kicking.

    Oh yes thank you Leslie, I tried walking outside and I would break out in hives. But only when I'm trying to walk. So I ran across your DVD at a public library one day and I've been working out "indoors" ever since. And I tell others. and it's a great benefit to me. Thank you Leslie. 💕

    Hi I am so happy I started doing this exercise I am young and over weight I used to always give up doing any work out but I was searching for a work out this came and I started doing it and in a week I lost 1kg I am so happy I am losing weight and I am healthy I don't eat a lot or eat junk food a lot now and I never lose hope after I started doing this.thank u Lesli so much and your team for making an amazing program keep on doing it and I hope a lot of people feel the same way I did ♥️♥️

    Oh my goodness this was a good one. I love how you added the cool down pieces. My 74 year old mother hung in there and completed the walk. The knee lifts she couldn't coordinate so I advised her to relax and just walk but she kept giving it a try. Really good session. Thank you

    So Leslie helped me get fit in 1999. Unfortunately, from 2005 onwards, my fitness and motivation dropped and I don't even want to say how unfit and overweight I am now. I've just completed this video and although I am exhausted, it went really quickly and I didn't do as badly as I thought I would. So I think I will be following Leslie again, she's excellent. She is definitely a fantastic example of how being fit slows the ageing process - she doesn't look much different from 20 years ago.

    I can't do the knee lifts right now because I hurt my back. I love the way Leslie always reminds people to just keep moving and to walk if there's a move they can't do.

    This video is fantastic. I am 55 and a lot of the videos all though great were making me feel old by not being able to keep up the pace (haven’t exercised in years). I happened on this video by sheer stroke of luck. Definitely age appropriate and so proud of myself when I finished and felt ready to take on the day!!! How the video is formatted is a great bonus.. warm up to the build up to cool down. Awesome!!!

    I went to the Dr today for my annual routine and she said I need to find a TH-cam cardio exercise so I can keep active because working from home I haven’t been very active. I love your program very easy to follow I feel so good after the work out. I will watch your program every day. Keep up the good work love it.

    I 'discovered' your channel during lockdown while looking for some daily workouts I could handle without doing myself any damage. For the last 18 months I've been living with chronic tendinopathy caused by arthritic impingements in both shoulders and both hips. It's affected my hamstrings and other tendons too. All at the same time - lucky me! I've been doing physio exercises but lately they haven't been cutting the mustard and my recovery, while amazing, seemed to have stalled. Sitting for any length of time has been incredibly uncomfortable (hamstrings compressed due to having spent 5 months sleeping sitting up on the sofa).
    I started doing your walking videos on TH-cam about 6 weeks ago, 5 days a week, and have done at least a mile each time. I've been so encouraged by the results - I can actually sit at my computer desk for the first time in over a year, and I feel so much fitter, both mentally and physically. I'm building flexibility, stamina and fitness, and while I have to talk myself into walking some mornings, I always feel fantastic (and very righteous!) afterwards. I'm not exaggerating, your walking workouts got my recovery kickstarted again, and it's nothing sort of miraculous. I'm doing things I thought were over for me now. I can ride my motorbike again, which means more to me than you can imagine after being downed for so long, and a lot of that is down to you.
    Anyway, I just wanted to say a huge thank you to you and your team; your smiling faces and energy brighten up my mornings no end, and you've given me a new lease on life. I don't take anything for granted at the best of times, but now, I'm grateful for every day. You guys help make that happen for me. I just subbed to the Daily Walk for a year because it's excellent value for money IMHO. Big love from across the Pond!

    Thank you! I finally started to exercise thanks to your workouts. I started 3 days ago after sitting on a couch. It's not only good for your body but also for the mind. I now start each morning with one of your videos. Today was the first 30 minutes walk and the cool down afterwards. The last part was too much unfortunately. Maybe tomorrow. Thanks again❤

    I love Leslie videos. I do one of her video every morning from 30 to 45 min. Recently a one hour video exercise was posted, a very recent video of her, but I do not understand why the video was deleted. I loved it because we were walking as well as having weight involved. I only can find one now that the workout is for one hour.

    Cindy, you have done so well doing the folk dances to fit with music from all over the world. In fact you're the only youtuber I have seen who has done this for a cardio workout. This went very fast and was never boring. Hope you make more like this including some longer and shorter.

    This workout is awesome..even though I was afraid to see the duration of walking (continuous 40 min), but I started.
    Whenever I felt breathless, there were low pace walks, cool down walks and lastly stretching....the music beats regulating the pace of walks were awesome...pulling the belly button inside and shoulder blades above hip are very effective...
