Old disabled house bound dusty rusty rockhound here: I used to love hounding in that area. So much variety and abundance. Never boring! I love the beauty of the surroundings and the quiet peacefulness. I enjoyed a few minutes of meditation before and after rockhunting to keep me in a respectful mind frame... to focus on my place in the universe. Thank you for taking me along in your napsack!
It is a cool spot! Never know what you'll find out there. I love big places that make me feel small. I tend to spend a lot of time reflecting and counting my blessings while I'm out rockin' time goes so fast. Thanks for joining me on my adventure!
Bom dia otimo video excelente trabalho com lindíssimas ágathas e outras um lugar rico sucesso obrigado por compartilhar 🙏continue abençoando grandemente você abraço.❤❤❤❤❤❤👍.
@@itslattice4195 thanksaybe you could show some in your video? Where do you suggest a 57 year old with a bad knee go hounding in central Oregon I'm in Bend
The rocks are really awesome but I got motion sickness watching. Cameras don't focus as fast as real eyes so if you slow down more when you pan the camera the videos will be easier to watch.😅
Thanks for the feedback! That helps a lot. Next video I make I'll take your advice and pan around slowly and focus on the rocks more deliberately and give the camera more time to focus. I get bad motion sickness easily so I'll do my best to keep your advice in mind. Thanks for watching!
@itslattice4195 You're welcome! It definitely takes a little practice to remember but it's way cheaper than buying a gimbal😂. Looking forward to more adventures!!
You're the first person to catch it and comment so you're the winner of a free rock from Oregon. DM me an address and I'll get it shipped out to ya! Thanks for watching. I appreciate the feedback!!
Cool and sweet

@@charlesdavis7461 Thank you! 😊
I'm very happy to see your sharing.
I'm glad you enjoyed it. Thanks for watching!
Sweet. One of my favorite areas to wander around, so much variety of material to look at. The wife found a decent half round of sycamore in there.
Yeah that whole region is fun to poke around in. Lots of goodies. Still have the sycamore? Thanks for watching! I appreciate it.

How do you know where to zone out?
I just try to systematically check areas. Sometimes, it's a long walk between finds, but you never know until you mark it off the map.
