- Just a few clips I've managed to catch on the dashcam while driving around.
Due to language I advise not to watch if you have kids around.

Seeing that the shit that I see when driving a car is the same as you see in a truck on the same roads relieves my paranoia. 🤣
Sometimes being in a car is even worse as some people (thankfully) won't cut off a truck but many people don't care how they drive around other cars/bikes
I think there are a few of us out there that do this when driving, it keeps us sane and gets rid of frustration and anger, we quietly sit and call them names. 😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣

I am like you, always giving a running commentary of what is happening around me, and to those who comment I say that they must be blind or don't care about the inadequacy of other drivers and the risks they pose to a thinking driver. Love your work Shane. PS: pet hate is those pseudo-drivers who do most of their braking in the main traffic lane before moving into the diversion lane.

It is a special innate skill that all real Australians have that gives us the ability to easily spot someone carrying a 6 pack of beer at 300 metres. I personally can spot a slab of Vic up to a kilometre away when weather conditions allow it :-D

As a learner myself, I understand your pain. Whenever I have anyone come up behind me, I do everything in my power to make sure that they can go around me. I’m saying that, I’ve had b double tankers doing 100 in an 80 (construction zone) fly up to me then flash lights at me do doing the speed limit
There are good and bad drivers everywhere

Here in Perth I've seen them come up on ramps doing 60 in a 100 zone and not even check their mirrors or look over the shoulder.....great to see you back!

@4:37, in the states, commercial trucks/lorries are expressly forbidden from coming into an intersection like this one when there's no room for the full length of the vehicle to fit into a specific lane of travel...
It is illegal here too, they could be fined (not just the truck but cars too, "no queueing across intersections"

for your clip at 8:00 I've noticed that people dont indicate if they're passing a truck, but 10 seconds later they do it for cars. It's probably just their petty way of showing how much they hate truck drivers lol

I make my 2 young adult son's to watch your video so they can get an understanding of what us drivers go through & what runs through our minds. They are abit shocked by the running commentary but I tell them to toughen up.
I think the authorities should use your video's for educating young drivers.

Mate yes upgraded to HC and also unrestricted now (for crash box/roadranger whatever you personally like to call it)
That little town in Murrurundi a great small town that did it tough for the past few years because of the drought but they have got pipeline water and thankfully some rain.

@@louiskats5116 still in the isizu rigid or an iveco rigid with pig trailer tri axle, although we have 3 freightliners, but many places we go its easier to use the rigids to unhook the trailer and then fill up last pickup with the trailer on

Wharf work got my MSIC for over 15 years.
Unload the boxes in our yard & deliver only timber from all over the world to all the timber wholesalers around Melbourne & country Victoria.
Great company, old school, walk to work 5 days a week with plenty of O/T.
One truck one driver.
Occasionally tarp up kiln dry timber only run flat top trailers.
All good pays well & close to home 👍
