Maine Aaj bnaye hai.but Maine jaise dal fill karke bnate hai means kachori ki filling .maine dal boil ki fir pan mei oil or usmei onion,garlic,ginger,masala,grind ki ulath dal( pehle boil ki thi)or usko namak ,Hari mirch ke saath paka liya phir thanda karke prantha bna liya.tasty thaa
Appreciated...... Dal ko boil krna bahut important hai because its protein rich food. So to digest easily it should be well cooked. By grinding and using it, is not enough to cook it properly, specially when you use it for Stuffing. Thank you
