High Protein Meal Prep Honey Lemon Chicken! ONLY 415 Calories

- Honey Lemon Chicken Meal Prep
There’s no reason to eat plain chicken & rice when you can make this incredibly easy and delicious recipe. One of my favourite meal preps!
Macros per serving (4 servings total)
415 calories - 40g protein | 44g carbs | 8g fat
Ingredients (for 4 servings)
For the Chicken
- 700g Cubed Raw Chicken Breast
- 20ml Light & Dark Soy Sauce (Low Sodium)
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 Lemon Juiced
- 2 tsp Olive Oil for cooking
- 10-15g Honey
For the Rice
- 480g Cooked Basmati Rice (120g per serve)
- 1 Red Onion finely sliced
- 1 Red Bell Pepper chopped
- 15ml Dark Soy Sauce
- 10g Honey
- 1/2 Lemon Juice
- Garnish Green Onion
Distribute into 4 equal servings & ENJOY!

Important Notes
- When adding the honey to the chicken make sure the heat is turned off
- You can store the meal preps for up to 5 days and freeze for months. Reheat in a microwave or on a pan
- You can marinate the chicken for 30 mins or overnight for best flavour

Yeah lmao i eat like 3-4 servings of this per meal. I workout so i can stuff my face with 3000-4000 calories daily and not get fat. Still avoid processed shit 💪❤️🩹
@@tubax926 this was always ridiculous to me how some people can have 4000 kcal a day and be lean. I run, train with a heavy bag and lift almost every day and I gotta stick to 2000

We never use honey with heat, it's been practiced to take honey when food is warm not hot😮

I've been doing the lemon honey and soy sauce on chicken for about 30 years!! I feel like I made that up lol.. nice to see my recipe. Although, you need a little bit of chicken stock to mix in it kind of cuts the salty out and give you a little more savory. Try adding like a quarter cup or more of chicken stock over the rice and vegetables with the lemon honey and soy. I promise you will love it

This looks really good, just note i have no idea how this guy came to 415 calories. I've worked it out on google and my fitness pel and its always comes out to 500 - 600 calories.

Just tried it without any vegetables. It's very delicious still. I was kinda on a 28 dollar budget, so it made it a little of a challenge, but with the other ingredients, it actually still made it very tasteful and delicious.

I’ve just tried this my self and it’s REALLY good. I’ve put some sriracha sauce to add more spice and it tasted amazing! It only took me ten minutes to make and it’s super delicious.
The sriracha adds another 2000 calories .

I lost count of how many times I cooked this recipe. Cooked for husband multiple times, for my parents and siblings, for my inlaws, even one of my husband's friends took a container when he was visiting and said he demolished it with his wife and toddler😂 thanks for your recipes I've lost 9kg so far following many recipes of yours. Will try it, but will definitely use a bit less of soy sauce to incorporate minced garlic, egg, bacon 🥓, fried sweet plantains, and a bit of pink salt 🧂 and black pepper to the mix

Hey. I made this a couple of days ago and wanted to make it again. Reading the description I see it says tsp as in teaspoon, but in the video it looks like a normal tablespoon. Which one is right? I used tablespoon measure when I made it and it worked so I guess that is it, but want to be sure
