For those who say that their smoothies go bad after day 1, try to use vegan yoghurt and protein powder like she does and then add some lemon juice to keep the fruit from turning brown too quickly. Please don't add lemon juice or another acidic ingredient (e.g pineapple) to a smoothie if you use dairy. It will separate and taste bad within a few minutes.
I had this salad, and I swapped the onions for carrots. I also added corn, and I omitted the feta...cause I didn't have some. 😂 It was absolutely bomb though!!!
looks awesome but I am often times wondering how they store their meals. You cant store raw chopped onions mixed with other foods in the fridge, but freezing a salad seems a bit weird as well
the salad bowls are totally prepared WRONG ! if you're making a lot of salad for later use, DO NOT PUT any seasoning ( no salt no pepper and especially NO OIL OR LEMON) because within 1h it the greens will all release water and you'll have a VERY watery dead soggy salad, certainly not the fresh salad we all like ! just do not season it at alll, or even better ? do not mix the ingredients , chop whatever u need to chop, grind whatever you need to grind and store them seperately, they will be as fresh as ever !
It sucks being picky because I hate oatmeal, coffee, most Mediterranean food (especially chickpeas and hummus), and strawberries. But the dinner option looks tasty and I can always swap out different fruits and remove the protein powder in the smoothie!

Im not a dietician, but as I understand it you would need to eat until you reach your maintenance calories. So you can add more fat (e.g more olive oil or dressing), or add more healthy carbs like beans, sourdough bread etc.
I don’t want to eat the same thing four or five days in a row. It’s more work, but I have a variety. Prep the individual food so it’s easier to put together.

I think its a fun idea but not very practical since most people wont buy these. A lot of items would be already made meals so you cant be creative.

Don't put the dressings on till you get ready to eat it.
For more flavor, saute the chick peas in smoked paprika. You can also use other seasonings.
