Thanks! Went to change the filter and a damn acorn fell in the fan blower and it sounded like the car was trying to eat itself when the fan came on. Popped the blower out and got it fixed, thanks again!
Would you happen to have the part number in case I ever need it? I'm seeing a lot of different ones and want to make sure I don't accidentally order the wrong one. Thanks again!
Thanks for the great video. I have a 2019 CRV and need to change the blower. Would the process be the same? Also I’d like to remove the glove box when I do it. Does it pull right out after removing the clip and pushing in on the sides? Thanks so much.
my 2019 odyssey started doing this. blows the same on levels 1-3 when the AC is on. Would changing Honda 79330-THR-A51Transistor Assembly on the blower fix the issue instead of changing the blower itself?
I’ve noticed the noise on Pilots also, but I would say the worst is when it’s the rear blower motor in an Odyssey, you have to drop the airbox down to get it out. Sucks
I’ve got a 2020 with the supplemental airbag at the bottom. Is there a trick to doing this for it? A mouse has built a nest above the filter and I have debris in there.
Hey brother that sounds like a pain in the butt. If there is a trick to this, I don’t know it. As far as I am aware you still need to remove everything in the way and drop the airbox to get the blower out, just be careful not to breathe in any of that rat nest. I would recommend a mask for that
Gotcha. Seems straightforward enough, but thought I’d ask. I wasn’t going to mess with it yesterday. Day off today so I can pull it apart after church. Thanks for the fast reply.
@@maxsmoviechannel FYI the 2020 is just like the one in your video, except there is a knee level airbag right below the glove box. I just unplugged the battery for 30 minutes before I got down there to work around it and pull the fan out. Thank you for the helpful video.
My 2024 is 2 months old. A mouse got in from the underside and chewed up the cabin filter. Thanks for the video!
Glad I could help my brother
This is outstanding. Thank you! Made it so easy.
Glad I could help!

Glad it helped my friend!
Can't thank you enough for this video. Thankfully I just had to spin my blower a few times manually and it works great again!
I’m glad you found the video useful my friend!

Ah brother I have no idea on that. Sorry man. You may have to contact Honda and ask them
Found a leaf in the blower. I managed to “slide” it out. Thanks much 🙏🏾
I’m glad it helped buddy
Same here. Found a leaf, while it was out cleaned it up with blower. it was little hard to take out and put back in but this video helped. thanks
That noise it made LMAO YIKES
Wow, you really know how to fix cars?! Awesome job, man. This took a WHILE, too!!!
Yeah man I been here for a bit now. I was going to school for this when I left Starbucks
Thank you
You’re welcome!
How did you take off those pesky blue clips? You skipped that right over.
The blue clips that hold the harness onto the blower housing? Wiggle them and pull toward you, it’s C shaped but nothing holding it in there

It should have some clips on the bottom that pop out as well. And yes the blower motor will be the same
Nice video! What is the name of the small electric drill you are using? I can’t reach the 8mm screws with my regular size tools…thanks
I was using a milwaukee m12 1/4 electric ratchet for this job, thanks for watching buddy
Was air blowing out do the front vents or no
Yes just very noisy. Are you having a problem where the air doesn’t blow at all?

im from philippines. where can i buy the blower?
Hello my friend, I would try online retailers
Is it just as straight forward to change the rear blower?
No way, much more complicated. Video on my channel
What is the part number of the part?
79315-THR-A42
Was this the rear blower motor or the front?
This was the front. The rear is much harder to access. I have a video on the rear
Man, same exact issue on my 2019 Honda Odyssey as well. Must have been junk year for Honda.
I’ve noticed the noise on Pilots also, but I would say the worst is when it’s the rear blower motor in an Odyssey, you have to drop the airbox down to get it out. Sucks
Thank you very much. I found mouse and acorns inside it.
Glad I could help you out brother

Can someone tell me what the part is to the left that has the numbers 41 86 on it? That’s what’s making noise when I do my rear AC.
It’s at 0:43 into the video.
God damn mouse died in my blower
@@Shane-kh7tq I’ve seen that many times, my friend, one time I found the whole rat nest
