I have add a low intensity, nagging case of hip bursitis for about three months now. I gave this routine a shot this morning after a low intensity cardio workout. The pain is literally gone!!! My hip feels great. I am going to do this routine several times a week. Thank you so much!!
I just did this. I have bursitis and psoriatic arthritis. I'm so out of shape. I'm starting here. Felt like I was gonna throw up to be honest, but I know it will get easier. My goal is to get stronger so I can do more exercise. I think this will be a great starting point. I love your easy instruction and gentle voice. ❤
Just completed for November 2023 3rd week Tuesday workout, LOVED IT! I'm surprised how far I was able to stretch consudering the sharp pain and stiff lower back I've been having. FELT GREAT---THANK YOU!!♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ can't wait to do tomorrows workout and more, simply WONDERFUL!
Rachel, I stumbled across your channel just a few days ago. I have been in pain for the last 25 days now and on painkillers. Your exercises have provided me relief. I have been stupid to not incorporate stretching in my running routine and as a result bearing the consequences. I am sad that I can’t run, but your exercise videos give me hope. Thank you once again
Loved, loved, loved this. My lower back and hips have been quietly groaning, due to moving house and all the extra load that comes with that. Already do a workout religiously every day but this one seemed to hit the spot. So good, I'm doing it morning and evening, brilliant again Rachel, thank you.
This works! My right hip complains a lot ... but after I have finished this it always feels like I've had a great physio session and a strong painkiller all at once. 😊

Hi Rachel, that was really helpful as I've been having hip pain recently, I put it down to being over enthusiastic when lunging! I don't know if I have bursitis but I think these gentle stretches will be helpful, thank you.

Hi Sharon, I would avoid the pelvic curl if you have osteoporosis as a safety note. Bt it is very gentle with no sudden movements so I think it will be fine for you and good for strengthening your hips. Best wishes, Rachel 🤗

Can I ask how long it took for bursitis pain to go, and has it returned at all?

Absolutely lovely, I don’t have bursitis, but sitting a lot, reading, knitting, etc, so this is a lovely wake up for the hips!😊

I am in the same situation as you. A runner who never really stretched. I had bursitis for years and it’s painful.
