I can't get over how stinkin' cute William is! Every time you show a clip of him, I can't not smile. Very nice, laid back, and cute video Delilah. Thanks for sharing!
I just have to say thank you for demonstrating that just a few choices in variety is perfect for babies! I’m always stressed out about giving my LO new foods everyday and I can’t keep up with it and the food waste it produces.
Hello Delilah ! Sorry for my english i’m french. I’m 39w pregnant and all your video make me realy exited to have my first child 🤩thank you a lot for all the beautiful moments that that you share with us 😘
I never comment on videos. But I just want to say that I could cry with the amount of *real and raw* tips you share. My son is 6 mo and I've just been doing purees lately bc that's what I'm comfortable with so far. But I do want to move onto BLW. So much information has been popping up on my feeds that I'm feeling super overwhelmed and kinda been feeling like a failure for starting with purees. But, I found your page and I've watched most of your videos of your start to solids and I just feel reassured that I'm doing ok. What I just do and feel good about is fine. Thank you for helping me realize that. And the meal prep, you're amazing. I could just cry with the amount of information. Thank you thank you from the bottom of this new mamas heart!!!
i just watched eloise’s version of this literally a few hours ago and your content style and just overall vibe has really grown! i love you and your family and i can’t wait to see how far little Will goes
Currently waiting in the doctors office to have my first ultrasound with my second child. Thank you for the ideas I can’t wait to try them in the future. Love from Oregon
We did baby led weaning with my now toddler, and it was a game changer! For one, it really makes you have to get creative in the kitchen when you don’t rely on purées and my entire family benefitted a lot from that!
Hello. I don't usually comment but i just wanted to share some information/advice. In my personal experience, i find that babies who are bottle fed can drink from sippy cups easily, due to the sucking motion they use when drinking from a bottle. However, breastfed babies find it easier to drink straight from the rim of a cup. Breastfed babies use different sucking and swallowing motions so this is easier for them. Of course if you prefer sippy cups, breastfed babies can learn this skill over time too. But this is just an observation i have made from my own kiddes. One was bottle fed and one was breastfed. I used the Doidy cup for my little one, i highly recommend it. I hope this helps.
I stopped watching your videos for a little while. I have been feeling so depressed after my first son was born in December last year. Things have been so hard to keep up with, and money has been tight. Watching your videos again though always makes me feel more enthusiastic about life and all the fun ideas I get from you have me looking forward to tomorrow.
I did a mix of BLW and (mostly) homemade purees with my first baby and then I got really into researching BLW and learning more about it and I was convinced that with my next baby I would do BLW only. I also didn't give my fist any sugar at all till he reached one and now with my second I'm way more relaxed. Fast forward and my little one loves spoon feeding and purées. She just really enjoys that and giggles and laughs when you come at her with the spoon and doesn't quite show that same interest in BLW. So now I'm back to doing a mix of both! I really learn again and again that every baby is so different and there's no one size fits all or one thing that's the best for all kids. I feel like I should already know this, and I do, but it's beautiful how each of our children reminds us of this and of how unique they are again and again. I love watching other people showing what they eat in a week or day, it's so great to get inspiration when I feel like I'm stuck in the same handful of meals I make over and over again. And getting inspiration while also watching someone who's content you love is just an added bonus.
3 boys under 4 🙋🏼♀️ when the middle kiddo is 2.... the transition to 3 kiddos is the HARDEST experience I’ve ever had. Hands down. You’re doing absolutely incredible.
I found this channel when researching cloth diapers and ever since the videos are always on point with what I’m wanting to learn about or feeling in life!! Definitely feel like god shows us what we need when we need it ❤️ sometimes it’s hard to see though so I love her sit down talks too!
I think you’re genius. Im ordering most of your recs. Confession: third time mom so I should know how to feed my 24wk pregnant unborn baby but it’s been a while. My kids will be 17 & 11 when LO arrives. This is going to be so much fun. Thanks for all your recs.
I purchased this book when you were starting with Theo and I loved have used it since. Some of the recipes are great meals for the whole family such as the beef, bean and veggie soup.
Hello from Kansas!💗 Thank you so much for this video! It’s going to help a ton with my 7.5 month old daughter. Also the little intros you’ve been putting together are so adorable! We notice the different angles and things you are trying out and they are WORKING!❤️
Thank you for this, my daughter just turned nine months old and she does a lot of things well but I have a hard time giving her actual pieces of food. That’s gave me some good ideas!
Yaya Video!!! I really want to thank you fro being such an amazing youtuber mom person ect; i could go on and on, taking time to give us a peak into your life. Love your videos so much!!!
William's food/solids journey is VERY similar to my premie's! She wasnt sitting on her own till a little later than when I wanted to start introducing foods and flavors (I wanted to do blw) so we started with purees I would make from whatever sounded good in puree form in the fridge and the paci feeder for everything else. But QUICKLY she decided she wanted to eat what we were eating, herself, and was NOT interested in purees anymore 😅 since then we've pretty much just always fed her what we're eating at meals. I feel like she is only recently (14 months) eating more volume. Every baby is individual!
Might sound weird but This video made me wish I had someone to meal prep for me and feed me. 😂 babies don’t appreciate how well taken care of they are. I would though! Pregnant with my first and this was super helpful!
Thanks for sharing Delilah. We follow a very different approach leaning towards the Weston A. Price type of eating starting baby on bonebroth, organ meet, yolks, butter, sourdough etc.
I just bought this book today after seeing you talking about it :) my 6.5mo daughter is on purees right now but i’d love to start blw. Your chanel is amazing, have been watching you since my pregnancy. Greeting to you and all your family from Poland ❤️
Really enjoyed this video - I'll definitely buy the book. Very interested that William doesn't eat a lot of vegetables! I do vegetables at nearly every meal, but then I don't do a lot of fruit, so I guess that covers something fresh. Love the idea of rolling sticky things in baby cereal - I hadn't thought of that!
Thank you for this lovely video! It's given me some ideas and the relaxed vibe towards eating and meals was so soothing. Do you often feed Will his solid meals around the same time?
This is really interesting. Baby feeding is very different in each part of the world. Where I life sugar is a no-o, as well as eggs. I read about people who feed their babys raw eggs (the yellow part). Nice video, thanks for the inspiration!!
New mom and New subscriber to your channel, great work and I love how you make your videos. Your so patient I can definitely learn a thing or two!! Good job momma
Where I live egg whites and peanuts are not recommended until one year at least. This is a huge variety of food for baby his age. It's good that he can tolerat.e so many foods
Yay thank you for this! I’ve been struggling to come up with ideas for my one year old. Also just fyi those hemp hearts should be stored in the fridge if you don’t do that already ☺️ loving the new kitchen!
thank you for this, I have been struggling with ideas for foods for my 7 month old other than just classic spoon feeding he unlike our 1st is really into feeding himself and I want to give him more opportunity for that
Bought the book half way through the video thank you so so much for sharing!!!! My son is only 2 months old (second baby) But this gives me time to learn all about BLW!! So excited :)
Loved this! Thank you very much! I got a ton of inspo for my 6 month old son Gereon Wilhelm :) Also, I really love your sense in style. It's so pleasing for the eye.
It's beautiful to see a baby eating by himself, but I have a question- do you ever give him any kind of soup? Anything with the spoon? Some warm , cooked food, not only "dry" ? I don't know, I can't imagine feeding my baby only with food he can grab with his fingers...we eat some kind of soup almost every day, I cook different kind of vegetable and meat, and it is a 'must have' in my kitchen ,my baby loves it so much...
Hi from California, I also have a baby and looking up receptors on what to feed my baby brought me here. I love your content and you have a new follower. I have a question , where did you get that cute sweater your baby is wearing?
Love this video. Can you share the exact recipe for the spread you made and also the peanut butter cookies. My baby is 6 months old.. have to do more research on when I can introduce peanut butter. How did you learn about what foods to start with I'm afraid of an allergic reaction I guess. Anyway thank you!
I do BLW (7.5months) on a much smaller scale only because its SO DARN MESSY. And I just don’t have the time/patience to give him a bath every day. Do you give William a bath daily? How do you clean him up? Tips? Thankyou for the food ideas. Especially the rolling the slipperyier (lol) foods in baby cereal!!
I literally didn’t know you could give a baby with no teeth food like that. My baby has two teeth and I’ve been giving him purées 🤭 excited to make him food
I can't get over how stinkin' cute William is! Every time you show a clip of him, I can't not smile. Very nice, laid back, and cute video Delilah. Thanks for sharing!
19:48 beautiful asthetic here Delilah. The kitchen, Zach's camera work, the apron, lighting. Giving me 'fresh channel' vibes
I just have to say thank you for demonstrating that just a few choices in variety is perfect for babies! I’m always stressed out about giving my LO new foods everyday and I can’t keep up with it and the food waste it produces.

He is a great eater and looks forward to those delicious meals. He is so adorable.
18:26 was so precious! That big * gulp * awe!
We did baby led weaning with my now toddler, and it was a game changer! For one, it really makes you have to get creative in the kitchen when you don’t rely on purées and my entire family benefitted a lot from that!
William is so cuuuuute! My partner and I laughed and cooed over just how sweet he is. Makes me so excited 🥰 we’re due 23rd March.

Your channel has helped me so much with my little one 💙 I love your healthy recipes & all your tips . You’re doing a great job
You make feeding a baby look so luxurious! Love it! Great idea on the rolling food in baby cereal!

Love the stainless steel pots and pans 🥰 can you please link them! 🤍
I would absolutely love to see a full video of your food prep for baby! Sending y’all so much love! 💕
NEEDED this video. Rolling the avocado and banana in the iron fortified cereal is GENIUS 🙌🏽🙌🏽
William is painfully adorable. All of your kiddos are, really!
Amazing plating skills like he is in a baby food restaurant every day! 💕
Might sound weird but This video made me wish I had someone to meal prep for me and feed me. 😂 babies don’t appreciate how well taken care of they are. I would though! Pregnant with my first and this was super helpful!
Had to look up what a “gong show” was and it is now my new favorite expression!!!!!
I love it when there are two vlogs in the same week💃🥰
Thanks for sharing Delilah. We follow a very different approach leaning towards the Weston A. Price type of eating starting baby on bonebroth, organ meet, yolks, butter, sourdough etc.

You are an inspiration! God Bless your family.
William starts making cute noises and lots of expression is such a mood.
Thank you so much for this video Delilah! This is perfect since my baby is also about to be 8 months old!! This helped so much!
Helpful hint! Cookies and pancakes can be placed on a tray in the freezer, then put in smaller container. (No sticking together)
Love your videos! Such an inspiration to us Christian mommies. Did you use a different camera setup this time? The video looked extra crisp 👌
I loved this and seeing what William eats everyday☺️💖❤️
LOVE the music transitions in this video. You did SO good!
This is perfect! My little girl is Williams age and I need some new ideas!
Thank you for this lovely video! It's given me some ideas and the relaxed vibe towards eating and meals was so soothing. Do you often feed Will his solid meals around the same time?

You have put William on.a great diet that will keep him healthy. I also enjoy the beautiful background music in your videos.
This is really interesting. Baby feeding is very different in each part of the world. Where I life sugar is a no-o, as well as eggs. I read about people who feed their babys raw eggs (the yellow part). Nice video, thanks for the inspiration!!

Hi from California, I also have a baby and looking up receptors on what to feed my baby brought me here. I love your content and you have a new follower. I have a question , where did you get that cute sweater your baby is wearing?
I love the idea of meal prep, I just don't know where to find the time. I'm always having to hold her or sit near her.
Great idea with the yogurt and silicone feeder 😅
Love this video. Can you share the exact recipe for the spread you made and also the peanut butter cookies. My baby is 6 months old.. have to do more research on when I can introduce peanut butter. I literally didn’t know you could give a baby with no teeth food like that. My baby has two teeth and I’ve been giving him purées 🤭 excited to make him food
Same, my 8 month old has two bottom teeth and that food scares me 😅
Can you post the recipe to the fruit lax?
Thanks for this video. I’d love the baby cookie recipe if you have it!
Wondering the recipe for the cereal fingers. Love your content per usual ❤️ thank you!
