I am 190 I always been 145 my whole life at one point lower than that I've gained over 50 lbs in the last 4 years and now that I am engaged I am wanting more to be healthy again. th-cam.com/users/postUgkx5VQ5nUzHu6i0O5_u7ipyLnCz0lbsSvr0 I am not fat but I am thick and have muscle. I am very close to how you were but a lil smaller but I am so sick people making comments to me like I'm huge or like you said having shorts that used to be so cute on me and now I can't even find a pair to fit me. I used to love shopping now I don't even want to go to the store and if I do I pick the biggest size don't even try it on and deal with it. I went from size 5 to size idk because I don't even want to know the real number. I hate looking at pics of myself now or me before. thank you for your video it's time to make a change.

Baking soda or baking powder? How I remember which one to use:
    Soda - Spreads (for cookies)
Powder - Puffs (for cakes, breads, etc...)

I used 2 tbsp chea seed...soked in about 1/4 cup water and it became very gluey...so that helps to keep it super moist and holds together well too...and i aslo added for flavor 1 tbsp honey. Dash of cinnamon , 1/2 tsp vanilla extract ....😆

Same thing lady but instead of 6 eggs I only used 3 and added 2 little packets of sweetener and some vanilla extract (2tbs) and that’s practically it. The only difference is that the first one smells and tastes a lot like egg. I baked it in a cookie baking sheet so the bread could be thin and then just cut it into circles. I use it for my egg, bacon, ham with cheese in the mornings. ❤️

Ana C this will put the carbs per serving up because the bulk of it is eggs at approximately 1.1 carb per egg, 18 carbs per 1/4 cup of coconut flour so less eggs to spread out the carbs

This is really good. I use 1 cup coconut flour, 1 cup olive or coconut oil in the place of butter. I then add at least 10 eggs. I don't think it tastes eggy either. I also started adding a cup of another flour like tapioca, barley etc. It comes out nice still.

Ok, made it. Took advice from another comment and drained the yolks to get the yolk lining off. Also, only used 4 eggs. Added 2 packets of erith/stevia and 5 drops of oooflavors wheat bread flavoring.
Mine is a flat loaf, but man, it tastes just like a really buttery biscuit. No egg flavor! There is egg texture. That being said this is the best keto "biscuit" ive ever had!!! Will taste amazing with egg and cheese on it! Or even some sausage gravy!
I will also be cutting this recipe down to make smaller portions in microwave (1 egg, 1 TBS coconut fl, 1 TBS butter, 1/4 tsp baking powder, 1 drop wheat bread flavor, lil bit of stevia) will be my plan.
    Thanks alot for the recipe!

Made this today. It looks just like in the video but i do find it very eggy tasting. I used 7 medium eggs. I did add 2 teaspoons of vanilla which makes it smell like cake. Great recipe but will cut down to 3 eggs next time. Im on keto and am a carb lover big time esp 🍞. Im delighted to have a bread i can eat.

I love making bread with spelt flower, so getting down on carbs this seemed like ok, love coconut and eggs.
Used coconut oil instead of butter.
first mistake was to mix it with eggs straight from the fridge, leaving crusts of coconut grease, haha... So I had to melt it slowly in the bowl by warming it with hot water.
Then, all seemed fine, the bread rose to unexpected heights...I was extremely surprised. Then second mistake I made was to take it out if its form straight from the oven, and put it back in the oven to get this crispy crust...then my bread collapsed like a very tired sad looking peace of hopelesness..:(
Not sure how it tastes, i am fasting...waiting for it to cool down.
other than that i think it is promising. Love the vid and I enrolled.

Hello! I tried this out, and I would like to know if I am supposed to refrigerate the bread afterward or if it is ok to leave out like normal bread?

Thanks for a no nut bread that actually looks like bread. More and more low carb TH-camrs are doing both. Nice offering an alternate.
It's kinda hard to read white text on white countertop, white towel, etc.

Can we use psyllium husk instead of xanthan gum and some flaxseeds powder in this bread ?

    • @jypseejynn

I really wish he would've answered this question. I have so much psyllium husk that I want to use. Let me know if you found the answer and the ratio needed. Thx

    Hi,
I made a very single portion of this bread, excellent results! Thanks for sharing this recipe.
Can you please just let me know how much 1 slice weight? I got 68 grams using 1 egg, 1 tablespoon of coconut flour.... just don’t know how much to calculate the macros. Not sure if 68 grams will be equivalent to 1 or 2 slices.
Looking forward hearing back from you!
    Have a lovely day
    Marcia

Hello, I'm new to keto and can't wait to make the Coconut bread. My question is can you substitute the xanthan gum with a 1/2 a tsp of cornstarch?

      It's my question too

Hi. Am not an expert I am now starting on Keto myself. But the little that I have learnt thus far is that any thing from corn is not keto friendly so I thing it's safe to say no you should not use the cornstarch. The frist time I made this bread I use the exact recipe but I omitted the xanthan cause I did not have any I have since gotten a pack and used it in same recipe and I honestly don't see a diffrence. Sorry my text is so long. Greetings from Trinidad🇹🇹
