Thank you so much for your videos! I got really sick and lost 35 pounds of muscle. Everyone was so worried about putting weight back on me nobody thought about building my muscle back. I didn't either, but I did go temporarily blind and have to learn how to walk and other daily living tasks. I was put on ivig and my nurse would get me a dose of steroids before every infusion. Long story short I gained over 50 pounds. I'm super short and big breasted. I feel like I'm relearning everything I thought I knew. I've enjoyed your videos a lot. I am also a Sam's girl! Tragically we don't have a Costco or the other stores you talk about. I look forward to seeing what you fix! ❤ Can't wait for the next one!

Girl, you are so entertaining! I don’t meal prep because I can’t eat the same meal more than 2x in a week but I’ve binged your meal videos because you’re so funny! I have picked up great tips though- especially about fiber and protein quantities

I have to change up also. I address that by doing my own chicken breasts and flavoring 2 for the salad in the one video, and 2 with ranch seasoning to use for dinner on other nights to change up with the salmon. I also will throw in a sandwich to shake up my lunch. The breakfasts are also interchangeable by putting different fruits. same with snack just use different flavor yoghurt and fruit. I am new to this but that's how I am getting variety without getting off of her plan.

I love your videos! Gives me some great ideas for meals. Questions: where do you find the recipes for your meals and how do you determine the amounts to use? Do you go by the serving sizes on the packages?
I’m glad you enjoy them! I kind just wing my meals honestly. I use the serving size as a guide to determine how much I will have based on my calorie budget. If that makes sense. Sometimes I have less than the suggested serving and sometimes more. I have a video coming up soon about how I weigh my food and determine portion size etc. ❤️

Im so encouraged since i found your content last month. I started by buying your lippy 👌 now im working through the dietary discipline. I found out i dont eat enough for the longest. i thought this I would help, but boy, i couldn't have been far from the truth 😔
You can use any wraps you like hun! Whatever works for your budget. These were on sale at my local grocer. But I found out it’s because they are discontinuing them sadly 😔

I’m not going to stop drinking coffee for weight loss. You can get the same results still while having 8oz of coffee. I use a tsp of coconut sugar and 1-2 tablespoons of cream…imma have my morning coffee honey!

I’m so glad you enjoy! I don’t get hungry in between because these meals keep me full! I honestly have to eat my next meal before I even feel hungry. They are so high in fiber and protein. I’m only hungry in between if I don’t include protein and fiber in a meal. Try upping your fiber intake and see if that helps babe. ❤️

Thank u for saying almond milk is not the same as almond creamer. When i ask coffee shops (Starbucks) if they have almond creamer & they say ‘we have almond milk’ i head right out! 🚶♀️ If anybody knows a national coffee chain that has almond creamer, pls tell me!
