    hi besties :) happy saturday! Here is another super realistic what i eat in a week video, this was such a cool video to make because every day is different when it comes to my eating and i love being able to show you how my body fluctuates in terms of my appetite. I also loved being able to make new dishes and love that i can share them with you all. I kind of struggled with hitting my macros daily, especially my protein.. This was so hard for me but im not giving up and will try again next week to be intentional about hitting my macros daily!!!     I was binging your channel I didn’t realize this was a recent upload lol but you have helped me alot with finding healthier options . I decided to go Vegan cold turkey and jus learned how to veganize a lot of things and making my plates look pretty too 😭😂

    For me personally I have a super high heavy protein packed breakfast and I don’t eat till like dinner time lmao, it’s just what works for me. I also snack throughout the day. But if I am hungry then I’ll make something.

    I add cucumber, furikake, and avocado to my salmon bowl along with everything you added and I love it! I see some people add thinly sliced carrots to it and season them with rice wine vinegar and red pepper flakes.

    I’ve lost 55 lbs and I’m meal prepping and tracking as well. As I was reading the macros at the bottom of the screen, I thought “hmm. Sis needs more protein and less carbs (or more intentional) carbs. And you said the same thing in your recap. It’s good to record yourself so you can see where the tweaks can be made. You’ve got this girl!

    I love how you recap your day at the end and state each time that you will try to do better with specific goals. I think if people applied that to life, they can be successful. I am people lol. But this has allowed to me consider to change the way I approach my macros and fitness goals for each day and not be so hard on myself. Thank you for sharing your journey...     Hey Bestie!!! Here’s a few tips I do to hit my protein:
    1) Smoothie: Protein powder=@20g, Silk ultra unsweetened almond milk=20g, Hemp seeds=10g, and 8oz egg whites-promise u can’t taste it= 25g protein for a total of 65g of protein add fruit of your choice (I do banana, pb fit, and cocoa powder) and spinach
    2) 99% lean turkey meat is really high, I do 6oz= @ 39g
    3) 2 apples dipped in Fage 2% Greek yogurt=20g mixed with 1/2 scoop protein powder=@10g and pb fit=10g for a total of 40g….. these 3=@145g for the day.
    I truly hope these help give ideas at least❤️ Live for your videos and love all of your energy💯 I’m here for 👏🏽ALLL👏🏽 of 👏🏽it

    Thanks so much for sharing that protein power. It is so good. I ordered it and it came yesterday. I made a smoothie with that, almond milk, a half of a banana and a dash of cinnamon. It was sooo good!

    First of all I love your videos. I stumbled on one about a month ago and have binged since then. Second- argh protein macros.. Same struggle. I tend hit the macros better if I aim to protein pack my breakfast some combo of (premier proteins, cashew/almond protein milk with my oatmeal and protein powder, sausage, eggs, protein oatmeal) then I make sure to add in at least 2 high protein snacks (protein bars, protein chips). And with my salmon bowl I always add in cucumbers and avocado to make my own little sushi rolls with the seaweed.

    Fairlife Chocolate Protein Shakes look to be between 30 & 42g of protein per serving. I sometimes put a Fairlife protein shake with a scoop of protein powder to get my protein in. I don't know if you have Fairlife where you or. Hope this helps

    The taste of regular mayo compared to kewpie is different and maybe if you play with the seasoning on the fish to help boost the flavour

    I learned somewhere that you should try to eat the amount of protein that your goal weight would be, so I'm 166 and my goal is 135, so I strive to eat 135g of protein a day.

      Yeah I’ve also heard that! My nutritionist has me at 180 grams of protein right now which is higher than my goal weight but it’s been working for me

    I'm 50 and I can't swallow pills either..unless they are super super tiny. I actually ask doctors the size of pills because there's a big chance I can't swallow them.

    The stress of calorie counting etc is too much for me. I have been trying to loose weight for so long and I do loose but get stressed and gain it right back.

      Dont count calories ! Imo its very unhealthy to be restricted by the caloric intake and stress over eating. Food should be free and fun! Just start to incorporate healthier foods into ur diet and eat in moderation ! Ud never catch me counting calories 😭 too much for my mental health. Kudos to the girlies who do tho !

    For the salmon bowl, people usually use Japanese kewpie mayo that’s a lot more savory than regular mayo so maybe that makes a difference🤷🏾‍♀️

    Also, those pills with that casing are the hardest to swallow! They’re like still dry even when you take them with water 🥴

      I purchased mine from ShopRite. They taste like ginger and tangerine but mostly ginger. They’re kind of strong lol
