Hi Elyse, To show my appreciation, I've just donated $50 to your Patreon site. In addition to your exercises, I've begun using a pair of Chinese Baoding steel balls on my weak hand. What a subtle but challenging workout. After only two sessions, I can feel some dormant muscles in my hand moving again. Thank you!
