I just recently found you! I had a stroke 74 days ago and the doctors haven’t told me much. If it had not been for friends and family advocating for me, I don’t know what would’ve happened to me. Then I started searching for help and found YOU! YOU have been a big help! I consider YOU part of my stroke recovery team! Thank you for EVERYTHING YOU DO!

This is so surprising.. the doctors didn't tell you much? Did you have a mild stroke? I am assuming so since you are typing 74 days post-stroke. My cousin had a stroke 6 months ago and still cannot feed herself. Has limited mobility in 1 side and virtually no mobility on the other. But she is in a facility that gives her 3 therapies per day (speech, occupational, and physical). So I am surprised you were not referred to therapy for recovery.

Have to get those wrist pads. I couldn't lift a spoon after my stroke two years ago now I'm lifting 3lb weights. If it wasn't for this woman I couldn't reach this far. There's absolutely no help in Trinidad for stroke recovery. I'm able to do alot more these days especially having her videos to guide me. Thanks sooooooomuch again. Still far to go though

I appreciate that you always get to work quickly and your instructions and demonstrations are very clear. Thank you.
I can't pedal my feet right now due to MS and ministrokes so to keep them at least limbered up I use an electric pedaler a few times a week. In addition, I use a vibration plate. I do use a manual pedaler for arms. I was happy to see some new ways to use the flex bar. Thanks again! Kit

I would love a video using these tools. One thing my physio therapist has me do with the balance pad is to stand on it with something sturdy next to me to grab onto if needed is to stand on it & close my eyes. Also to put most of my weight on my affected leg with eyes closed as well. Thanks for another great video. here in Canada I have found that dollar stores are selling things like the flex bar& other similar tools.
