Woohoo another build series, can't wait to see the outcome let's go!
The cars are cool, but trucks just don't get enough love on this channel. So it's such a treat when you do wrench on them!
It’s too bad t14 doesn’t sell directly to the average joe. They seem to carry a lot.
I love the series and I love Tacomas. I haven’t finished the episode and I’m already stoked for the next.
These short Bolt On series are great! The 335i has been my favourite so far 🤙
Yes! Finally a vehicle I actually have.
Time to build an mr2 with that same engine
That turn 14 sweater looks cool!
I could see AC Slater wearing that as a tank top in saved by the bell.
It's a nod to the old MTV logo
I bought a 3rd gen taco the day this was uploaded. Perfect timing
Soooo happy to see this build and excited for part 2!!! Love you guys and hope all is well!
Love that you guys are so versatile. From JDM Legends to working on trucks or regular cars. Keep making great content!
You just a hater cause you ain’t getting PAID
@@kurtlamprecht93 you can skip the ads and you must not have manners if you can’t say thank you.
I’m so glad I found this video!! You guys just took my taco mods to next level! Need everything on this video!
Perfect timing! I just ordered my Taco last week and can’t wait till it arrives!
The nissan skyline back there💀🤌🏽😮💨
Corsa does good stuff as usual.
Loved the Corsa on my 86 before I swapped headers. Probably my favorite sounding and livable setup I had for the car.
The quick & Easy Build series are so awesome!!!
Money no object… this is an awesome build
Great choice of supercharger for the Tacoma. Love Magnuson!
Yeahhhh same here, love these series. Big shoutout to Turn14 of course helping our boys out!
I would love to get my sport supercharged, just wish it was a bit more affordable
man you guys make such good content. genuinely appreciate you guys spending so much time making these videos for everyone to see. always love seeing uploads! best wishes guys!
This build series is sick! I love tacos! My favorite trucks by far! 🔥🔥
dude this is perfect i used to love jdm cars now i'm more of a off road/truck guy and im so happy this video was created
Picking up my 2023 Tacoma TRD OR 4x4 Access Cab tomorrow January 27, 2024. Not going to change the suspension on it for a few years. Going to tint, ceramic coat and add amber lights to it as Stage 1 (swap my fogs to Diode SS3’s, KC Flex Era 3’s ditch lights)
Edited for grammar
Love these build series along with the long ones
Love love these I can watch all day
Hitachi Astemo is a major Japanese supplier of suspension, steering and HVAC components. I believe major shareholders are Honda and Toyoya. Fact for you guys Showa Canada in Shomberg Ontario recently changed name to Hitachi Astemo and supplies mostly Honda and some of the big 3
Dont they also make those wands lol
@@riposte5127 But is it actually the same company tho
I love these build videos! Looking forward to part 2!
Let’s gooooooo I’ve binged this entire playlist in a day 😂
The magic 80's music 🥰
Very nice. Just bought my taco a month ago trying build something like this one day. Dope that you guys are local too. Love the video
Love the retrowave sound track
Now I need to supercharge my '21 Tacoma lol
new to the channel and am already a big fan keep up the good work
Brilliant so happy to have found my way to the channel following HPA podcast
Hitachi also make trains!
I'm all FOUR this one!
Seriously cool build
Shocks and magic wands a hitachi story.
Can I just say y’all were a HUGE reason the wife n I bout a 4Runner and boy are we satisfied
Liked and saved to my favorites.
Nice! I would like to see a price tally of the parts at the end. That’s all! Always love the small builds.
$7,000 for the super charger…
Niceee...upgrade love the TRD Tacoma truck 👍👍👍
Hitachi is the parent company to Tokico, a japanese brand shock absorber.
Hell yes more of this!!!!!
We need a repro for the supercharg
Install
Hitachi makes a lot of machinery too.
Oh wow, this is 2GR version of Tacoma!
You guys should put a stainless snorkel would make the supercharger a lot louder and help with power and airflow
Do more tacomas, 4Runners, those kind of off roads :)
Okay great vid but we want some Honda love! You should do a Ridgeline build! I just happen to have a ‘22 You could use, I am local!
I need the Fluid film black for my Tacoma!!!! :)
16:05 AHAWWW Shred-it dude!! 🤘🤘🤘🤘
Hitachi makes smart coils as well for certain Toyota, Nissan and Daihatsu models. Outside North America at least.
Y’all should do a 2015 plus Dodge Charger RT
you guys need to do the gr 86
Omg yes! I have a 2021 Tacoma. Sweet Who owns the truck? I didn't catch it in the video.
I'm not sure if you guys have a business partnership with Fluid film (great product) or not, but you should try out Blaster surface shield if you get the chance, incredible product with same creep but much more resistant to water.
Every time you guy show that supercharger kit I wonder if it would fit in the v6 Rav4 that have that same engine considering how much smaller the rav is
what a badass little truck, great mods too! sounds way more badass than a regular tacoma, some of these trucks I hear are just awful
Thank you for the video. Are those preload coil springs better than a leveling kit and I with either one do you need a sway bar spacer? I am looking for a 2” front and 1” rear.
Give it away!!!
DP sounds like Homer in the vibrating chair. 😂
Man for some reason your videos haven’t been showing up on my feed. Ngl I forgot about y’all. Good to be back though
quick and easy minus the close to 10k in parts.
They might as wel just come stock with a supercharger. Cant believe to this day a tacoma has a 6cyl with the power of a 4cyl and mpg of a 8
Just ott tune it lol feels like a v6 forsure now
@@jandelahoussaye9834 shouldnt have to tune anything with how expensive those tiny trucks are
Nice 👌
I do wonder if the tune would need to be revised when adding the intake and exhaust? Wouldnt it help
Itll be fine as is, however it's always a good idea to have logs looked at.
can you guys do a corolla build 😮 i have a 05 corolla le
All taco owners must be super jealous of this build. I hope the intake is water proof for off roading 😬
That just sounds like a v8!!!!😍
Take off the cover on the front of the airbox and you will likely find a lot more whine.
So I had Magnuson out to an event in So Cal. they explained the problem with the Tacoma/Auto Trasmission is the delay between shifts at full throttle. Did you guys have to trim or drill the throttle plate?
Did you guy have to do any adjustments to the front coil overs or leave it right front the box?
Awesome build. Who owns the truck tho? I didnt catch it
Keep forgetting you guys are here in good old Ontario. Awesome build, and awesome content. As a fellow TRD sport owner myself I had to do away with the stock suspension due to harshness and replaced them with some 5100's. It's an improvement but still quite rigid for my liking
What do you guys recommend for suspension upgrades if you still want a comfortable ride on the street but can handle some moderate offroading as well?
Dobinson
Those wheel hubs are just begging for anti-seize!
I know this isn't really something that considered on this channel but with the way gas prices are, how much will this cost you if you add it onto your daily driver from a MPG stand point?
Surprisingly small amount of Canadian Gold underneath that Taco! Maybe Toyota is finally figuring out how to keep the rust off ‘em 😅
Hitachi makes Nissan’s Rogue sport motor.
What’s the mpg like with the supercharger?
What a beutiful truck with beutiful rear drums....come one toyota, rear drums in 2022 and on such an expensive truck?
Drum brakes are awesome. Massive surface area, mostly contained from the elements, super reliable and long lasting. There is ZERO practical reason to have anything else on the rear. Big rigs all use drums BTW, and that's 80,000 lbs of metal for millions of kms.
What’s the mpg after the super charger?🥲
Can the supercharger go on the Camry v6
EVERYONE switches to that grill..
Can i buy that factory exhaust?? Some kid cut mine up to weld in a flowmaster muffler....
What’s the difference btw this and an OTT tune?
please do the new bronco
Is this a US truck? Can’t order a sport short bed without a manual in Canada
se some new cars in the background .. :D
I bet you a stock ecoboost ranger would still gap this thing.
Is the truck re geared? 4.88 or 5.29??
Why not a Frontier?
should have done a re-gear
Is that the new Ford Ranger?
Your link to fluid film says unavailable. Just a heads up.
What's the surprise? That the front timing cover won't leak and the plastic crossover coolant line won't leak? Sold mine back to dealer with both leaking at 64k miles. Loved it, but not keeping a lemon.
Seems like quality control is going downhill with these trucks with Toyota trying to keep up with the crazy demand. Haven't had a single issue with my 17 since new. Only thing that has been replaced was some squeaky bushings in the leaf springs
This is probably off topic, but my dad just got his catalytic converters stolen from his new Tacoma Truck, we couldn’t get video of the damn thieves. I was wondering is there mod or way to prevent from this happening again?
Drop it on coilovers or air suspension? Not the solution you're probably wanting especially for a truck. Maybe a hungry dog that sleeps in the bed overnight?
Are those Ohio plates on the evo8?
That thing rusting under already
Did you tune the transmission to shift better?
Magnuson probably did
