What do I do if I have a PMO manager who is helping me a little with my first major huge complex project and she is asking me questions all the time (via our communication software Slack) and wanting answers right away?
Don’t get me wrong, most of the time she is helping and asking questions that I may not have thought about or bringing up something that I need to close the loop on, but sometimes it’s a distraction and not helping with my time and productivity?
14:26 I hate multitasking because it has been shown to not be very productive and I am not productive if I multitask, but it is expected of me. In fact I’ve been told that I need to multitask by my PMO manager if I want to be successful at running my project, yet in my previous 19 years of experience, multitasking doesn’t work for me!!!
Also, is there such a thing as over communication?! I feel like our organization is headed that way.

Hello @GodsChildrenOnEarth - I'll bounce these question back to you - what is your intuition telling you? Also, have a look at this video I made about getting organized at work and multi-tasking: th-cam.com/video/9HSaawhDibg/w-d-xo.htmlsi=sErpNbQuYCA_3sYh
