I just loved all the remote pathways you guys found snaking their way through the Japanese countryside. What a great surprise to find your own private beach at the end.
I always enjoy watching y'all's videos, Maudi and Eric! I'm always entranced by your inclusion and contrast of the good, the bad, and the ugly! All the fun and difficulty, just like life. Hope you are both still safe and sound at home in The Netherlands. Take care!
I have been following you for a long time and I am happy to watch. Thanks to you, we see great places and you continue to be inspired by tour bikers. Kamo's bike gives you an armful of love from the turkey. Don't touch your wheel! :)
Wow!!! You guys earned your "stripes"! Like others already mentioned: Great adventures during the Corona crisis. Can't get enough! Stay safe, greetings from Harderwijk
Wow a very nice aerial view.... I like it so much.. The typhoon had just devasted our country here, before hitting japan.... Keepsafe guys... Love watching your video... ♥️♥️♥️♥️Foods are amazing isn't it?
Maudi and Eric, another wonderful video from you two makes social distancing more bearable as the world comes out of its slumber. It appears you had a lovely symbiotic relationship with Andy. As you said ... adjustments needed
Thanks for nice video! I went to Korea for cross Korea bicycle tour last year. They have amazing dedicated bicycle trails through out the country there. I went there during winter time. It was very cold. Another couple from my cycling club went there during summer time. I didn't have chance to go to Japan, perhaps next time. I am surprised that you didn't go to Korea. Thanks for good videos again! Keep pedaling!
We considered Korea but after 3 months in Japan we felt like a different type of experience, South Korea kind of felt like an extension of what we experienced those last few months... In hindsight it would have been nice to have visited S. Korea.
I have to give Maudi credit, she gets stuck in, pushing the bikes up that path, never moans or complains, not just noticed in this vid but others also, she just gets on with the job at hand. Wow to come across that beach how idyllic, although it looked overcast, was the water warm? you guys compliment each other. Very enjoyable vlog.
Great Video again, hope you are safe and can soon travel on. And this video remebers me to a sentence one a guy in alaska told me: difficult roads leds to beautiful destinations :-) Greets from Switzerland
That was some dead end road and a spectacular beach. Food looked great. Just the two of you again. Had to cancel my small tours here because of the pandemic. Hope you are well. Take care and stay safe, Al
@@WheelstoWander very happy that u reply ,, i am sugarcane farmer. and have my farm, so i like nature most, Now rainy season here in india, so i get more time to relax and watch your videos,, plz take care of your self while driving, best luck,
That japanese pizza thing looked really tasty, made me hungry and wishing I could be there too. Also I find it incredible that you don't get kicked out of the parks with your tents by the police. In spain you got to hide your self real well if you try to bivac. In portugal I read it is totaly forbidden.
Oh am watching your channel today and I kinda like it instantly. I love your endurance and dedication to travel around the world. Love to see more videos from you. Apart from itchyboots, your channel will become my second favorite. Good luck
@@WheelstoWander you are most welcome. It's through tough people like you guys that we are able to see what we couldn't see in our whole life. Looking forward to see more videos in the coming days. Ride safe, love from Nagaland.
Well done guys thats tuff pushing bikes that heavy , such an adventure, I would love to visit Japan and thailand love the beauty and culture ❤ that island looks just great 👍
Another beautiful video from Japan. Tragic about the typhoon tho. Glad you didn’t get caught in it. Sad to see Andy go, but goodbyes are a part of travel. I was wondering, when you hit that dead end in the road and were pushing your bikes up the bamboo path, the footage was so smooth. Did you use a gimbal? ✌🏼& ❤️
A very fun cycling adventure. The video is very interesting for you tube viewers. When did you go on an adventure to Indonesia. Greetings from Indonesia.

Hi Rob, Japan is amazing for bicycle touring! Hopefully we'll all be able to get back on the road soon... Where are you planning to ride? We're back home now in the Netherlands, working and saving up for a new adventure!

If you are planning to come to the US, I have done all 3 transcontinental routes (TransAM, Northern Tier, and Southern Tier--plus the Pacific Coast, the Sierras-Cascade Route, and the Mississippi River Bike Trail) and would be more than happy to share any advice about those routes I can.
Also, I grew up in Southern California, went to college in San Francisco, law school in Seattle, and have worked at universities in Berkeley CA, St. Louis MO, New York City NY, Chicago IL, Portland OR, New Orleans LA, and Tucson AZ.
