    Today was the first day I went through a HASfit workout without needing to slow down and catch my breath somewhere in the middle.     This workout got me through the pandemic. In the yard, in the kitchen, wherever I could grab space for a mat. Out the other side, I've never been fitter - which is really saying something as I'm pushing 40 years! Thanks guys 👍

      Consider using Yoga and Stretching.

    I'm starting my 3rd week of doing this video. I added small hand weights today. It was a game changer. I love this video. It feels doable yet challenging and I am determined to stay active and be healthy as I get older. (Turning 49 this year. I still feel 21 inside. Time to help my body feel younger.)     Whew!! This is my 2nd workout i've done with you. I followed instructions on making the workout my own. Coach Claudia, I love your pace!!! I followed you thru out most of the workout. Just to challenge myself, I followed Coach Kozak when I felt like I could. I'm careful, believe me i'm careful to follow the moves closely. Exercise is important for every age. We gotta move!

    I had to come on here and say THANK YOU. About 5 to 10 years ago I started having issues with my blood pressure. Mind you, I have family history of heart disease. I've always been in decent shape. I've been a jogger for YEARS and I do Yoga as well. I tried for several years to up my exercise, eat better, etc., but my doctor finally said, "listen, this is prob genetic and I think we need to start you on a low dose medication just to keep the BP down." I'm now 43 years old. I bit the bullet and said fine. Fast Forward to a few months ago when I discovered this workout. I started doing it consistently. I stopped the BP medication about 2 or 3 week ago.....my BP has been PERFECT, every day since. To me, this is like a miracle. It means SO much. Thank you for this amazing workout. I'm now checking out more of your videos. May also order your book. Thank you for helping me!

    Love these workouts!! Can be hard to find a fully cardio workout that doesn't switch to some isolated abs or upper body floor work - this is exactly what I came here for today!!

In the past year, I have gone through Chemo, a Mastectomy, Reconstructive Surgery and am finishing up Herceptin Treatments....I have one left. It has been 15 months of Hard.     Excellent workout works every part of your body as well as a great cardiovascular workout. I have done a few hasfit workouts but will certainly be doing a lot more. I truly believe that you will get great results doing these workouts regularly not only that, the trainers are very enthusiastic and encouraging. They have a great range of different workouts to every age and ability. Thank you Hasfit.

    Been doing your workouts for couple of months (every morning) and I'm really enjoying them starting to see a difference and feeling more confident in my skin, some days I have off days which I shouldn't be eating some foods and get tempted, but I don't give up sunday's is my rest day. Been losing weight for half a year now used to weigh 18 stone now I weigh 13 stone 5 pounds. 💪😊 Naomi 🇬🇧

    My goal is to be as strong and fit as i can, the older I get. I started working out with weights again during the pandemic and coupled with a bit of body forgiveness, I'm doing great for 65. Thank you. I appreciate the variety, as one who gets bored easily and likes to mix it up.

    SO I have been doing consistent videos by HASFIT since the beginning of this month (been doing these on and off for almost a year now). I mean back to back pretty much since I am going on vacation next week and OMG do I see a change in my body! I have more definition of muscles on my back and arms. I am pear shaped and have a larger lower section so it's harder to see definition there but my calves have a stronger muscle and my thighs feel tighter! I am definitely happy and will continue your workouts even on vacation. I will have to make use of weights but maybe using water bottles as Claudia does haha! Either that or I will just do the HIIT workouts. Thanks again for everything!

    I like how its 35minutes as a workoutin a 30min video, ither vidz do 30min vidz but only 22min workout

      HASfit This video is amazing dude. First day I was too optimistic and was doing it with dumbbells, that's why I died at 14 min. I completed the whole thing today. Can I do this every day or just 2-3 times a week ?
