If you are try to tone up your arms also do there strength training workout also. I had some massive arm fat! Now it’s gone. I should have kept up with the Romanian dead lifts during that year but I was so focused on my arms but I am doing them now everyday to plus now adding in this video to.

It was the opposite for me...I wanted to try something new but I guess this is my sign to stay right where I am.. I slick get show off from them.. because of course seeing someone do it better and faster than you can discourage you if you are doing the modified version..
@@Bianca-jf9ho you gotta get out of that mindset and do it at your own pace and not worry about how someone else is doing better than you. As long as your trying that good enough.

This is a great workout, as well as the HIIT for fat loss. I have downloaded the app and plan to do these as a part of my overall fitness regime. I'm getting out of post natal depression, I have gain quite a lot of weight and I miss my old flexibility and ease doing basic things so I decided to start exercise again. This is the best workout I found on youtube being overweight and not wanting to jump or lie down for exercise. Hope I can find some more workouts on your channel. Subscribed.

Thank goodness for these low impact routines. I've been doing HasFit for years and have mostly been following the motive program lately, but last month I had a retinal bleed and was advised to avoid lifting over 20lbs or doing high impact exercise for a while, until the retina is more stable (this requires a series of shots in the eye over 3 months). The low impact and beginner workouts seem to be fine for this sort of situation.
I love this workout 🏋️♀️. I’ve lost 25 lbs..slowly, doing IF and a low carb diet. Now I’ve hit a plateau so I’m trying to step up my exercise routine without killing myself 😅! I love your vibe! I even bought a HASfit tshirt! Thank you!
This is the ONLY page that I can find that consistently has the woman clothed and appropriate music choices. The only way I can get a workout in is with my small kids present, and seriously, when you search for "30 minute workout" EVERY video has either a belly button or clearly outlined butt in short shorts in the thumbnail. Then thought I found a modest one, but no. The music was a boppy tune about going back to her place to "do things ". 😵💫

This was such a good workout. The motivational words of encouragement was greatly appreciated and made my eyes a little misty. Been hating myself for allowing myself to get so out of shape when a few years ago I was @ my goal weight and maintained it for over a yr. Starting over is hard af, and just when I was going to skip today's workout I saw this video and heard the positive affirmations and decided to push through, and I'm so glad that I did.

Came here to add some new routine to my workout but your videos with weights strength training got my once huge fat arms to be slim and toned and look amazing. The weather is wet and windy on this day after Christmas, so I searched for a cardio workout. This one popped up in my hasfit search. It's just right to take the place of my 3-mile power walk. A great alternative to my walk on stormy/wet days.

omg! i just did this workout!!! love love love. drenched in sweat and i’m usually the type to pause the video and stop. and at no point did i pause except the 5 second ads that came on i used to get a sip of water. best workout. i will do this paired with a different video and update any changes and with my weight and every 7th day i’ll take a rest day
day 1: done love it, drenched
day 2: was a little harder today but i pushed through! drenched
day 3: it was harder today because i actually kept up with the pace. also upon research it says only 90 minutes per week should be completed and i’ve already surpassed that so i will be taking a break for the week

As I wanted to thank you about reminding us to breathe when we’re exercising I feel long time ago when I was at Boot Camp I wasn’t reminded when did breathe in and when to breathe out and I would hold my breath a lot in 2018 I had an aneurysm we really never knew why, but in my heart, I feel it’s important to breathe in and out and not hold your breath and I held my breath a lot
