This is an Awesome work out!!!! I have multiple injuries from broken bones when I was young, and bad knees due to being overweight for so long. I really enjoyed the fact there's no jumping or exercises that put a lot of pressure on my sensitive joints. It's the perfect length timewise and the ideal intensity for me. I also enjoy how encouraging you are and how you show beginner and advanced moves. This will be a work out staple for me. You two are wonderful!

When we went into a 'lockdown' for Coronovirus 9 weeks ago I stubbled across your workouts- they have been the best thing ever for us (a group of 4 women with a 20 year age range, including myself in my late 60's). We exercise from our individual front gardens and have your programmes broadcast from a laptop- has raised some smiles from passer-bys! They allow us all to exercise, doing what is right for each of us. Thank you for such useful workouts in these challenging times.
I did your 5 min warm up video before starting this video which had a warm up included so i only got 15 mins into this but it's absolutely amazing. Yesterday all i did was your 8 min standing cario work out and i felt as though i could have done a bit more. Day 2 in on your videos at a starting weight of 220lbs 5'10 my goal is 170lbs. After having my son 3 years ago and quitting smoking a year ago I'm trying to be the healthiest version of me at 35 years old. Thanks for making these videos.

I had shoulder surgery three weeks ago and was really feeling the effects of not doing much exercise. I tried this out and found that I could so it while keeping my arm and shoulder protected in the sling! It really made me feel great to get the stretching and muscle strengthening through a gentle routine.
I have always favoured hasfit exercises they are a very good workout and very encouraging and emphasising us to make it your own. I think they are marvellous I feel much fitter and they are so good like me if you are in your mid sixties.
Thank you for both the beginner/no impact workouts and for the previews- I am rehabbing a number of injuries and so knowing what everything in the workout is before starting it helps to make good decisions.

Took the past 4 months off to finish my dissertation. I've put on belly weight and become weak...ugh. Here we go, back to beginner videos. I did a bit too much furniture lifting recently, so this was a safe workout for my whole body without stressing my cranky knees. I’ve been working with your videos (as well as those from a couple of other good sites) for 3 months and my GP noticed my improvements and said I’m in really good shape, despite having just turned 70.
On day 9 of January's Foundation calendar (I bought it late in the month) and am thoroughly enjoying your workouts. This one was tough for me in parts since I have weak shoulders, but I got through it! Thanks. :D
I absolutely LOVE your workouts! This one is really effective and only 25 minutes! I can see me fitting this in two times a day -AM and PM. Love the way you present each routine and the variety!
Great work out! My back and knee problems make getting up and down off the floor really difficult, and sometimes dangerous! This workout makes me feel like I'm exercising my whole body and pushing myself, without over exertion or injury! Also a great starting point for newbies like me. Keep up the great work!

Wow. This was some workout for me. I do the same thing over and over, weights and cardio, aerobics, step, walk, so today I decided to do something very different and I was challenged. I could not do all of every exercise so it was good and I will be including it in my daily workouts. It is so easy to get in a rut and I learned today that I needed to include other moves and surprise my body.
What I love about this, is that it really is a workout for beginners, because you can adjust as much as you need! And you guys are totally motivating me to get back into my sports gear soon! Greets from Holland!

Awesome multi-muscle workout. Had me huffing and puffing. Used 1 kg dumbbells. Had to avoid the same for one exercise though. Enjoyed it to the core. Loved the 1st cool-down stretch.
I appreciate this no jumping and standing as an apartment dweller since I don't want my downstairs neighbors to hate me! This is one of my favorite HASfit workouts!

I've been doing yr workouts recently.So far, my glutes and whole body changes 360 degrees and I can mostly fits in a lot of clothes. Eventhough somedays I can do my workouts well but I am insists to do another 30-60 minutes HIIT workouts. I want more 1 hour tabata workout or strength training. Love u guys so muchh.
