    the one of many things that make you stand out from all of the other youtubers is that you start the workouts straight away rather than speaking for 10 minutes beforehand, Fraser is the best trainer on TH-cam

    I'm super impressed how balanced this is for the whole body. Has integrated stretching in it which is so important to limit future injuries. As well as lower back workouts I've not seen before. As well as an exercise that both stretches the upperback and has body weight resistance. This was perfect!

    I like that you give us a stretch time between sits.. normally, I just skip the stretching exercises after my workouts, therefore I’m happy you made me do it 😂

    Great workout,
    Full body, no trash talk before, no trash talk in the middle, 15 minutes. If you could add arms exercises for the next 20 minutes workout it will be amazing.

    Hey Fraser. I’ve been following your abs workouts for nearly a year and have reached goals I never even dreamed of. I just have a question about training abs because I am looking to still keep improving them. Do you also need to add weight to abs exercises to build a more impressive six pack or are body weight exercises enough. Obviously you have an amazing mid section so did you also do weighted abs exercises? thanks brother! 💪 🔥

    Startin this workout today I'll do it for 30 day then switch to harder one.
    On day 15 - 30 I will do it 2x
    Start weight 67kg/ 148lbs
    Goal weight 60kg/ 132lbs
    Day 1: it was my first time doin a workout felt exhausted at the end

      @@babatunde7576 nah got tired from writing it but I did it for 1 month then switched to gym and took 5g of creatine I'm now at 63kg, I definitely lost some fat and gained lil bit of muscle. My belly got flatter in the first month but since then no improvements (switched to gym stopped doing the workout)
