    1. 0:15 Rotational push-ups (keep arms elevated)
    2. 0:45 Full burpees (be explosive)
    3. 1:15 Rotational push-ups (don't flare elbows)
    4. 1:45 Full burpees (fluid movement)
    5. 2:15 Rotational push-ups (Last set till rest!!)
    6. 2:45 Full burpees (push yourself!)
    *REST & STRETCH 60 SECONDS*
    Superset #2 (Core focused)
    1. 4:15 Plank to push-up (keep core tight)
    2. 4:45 Plank rotations (squeeze upper back)
    3. 5:15 Plank to push-up (limit hip rock)
    4. 5:45 Plank rotations (keep spine neutral)
    5. 6:15 Plank to push-up (Last set till rest!!)

    1. 8:15 Alternate supermans (squeeze mid back)
    2. 8:45 Pike walk-outs (push hard into ground)
    3. 9:15 Alternate supermans (keep limbs straight)
    4. 9:45 Pike walk-outs (don't hyper-extend back)
    5. 10:15 Alternate supermans (Last set till rest!!)
    6. 10:45 Pike walk-outs (control the movement)

    It was my first time doing this set of exercises, it was really challenging but I did it almost. The only exercise that I was not able to do it is Extended Plank Ups. I every time was putting all pressure on my right arm. It was too difficult to do it symmetric. Generally, I am so motivated. Thank you so much Fraser, I definitely will do your another set of exercises

      Once u get the rhythm they're not that difficult to do. But definitely I can only do half the time before switching to one side at a time

    I did the 10 Mins Perfect Abs for about 2 months and i can see results and abs finally. On the first month i did it only once for day but then started doing it twice per day one in 6PM and one in 11 PM that really helped me show the abs finally then i wanted biceps so i came to this video and it also helped me with biceps but also with Chest and Back, it’s my 1 week of doing this workouts of 15 mins and i can see the results mate, THANK YOUUUU SO MUCH! I’M GONNA KEEP DOING THEM AND KEEP DOING THEM BECAUSE I FEEL SO MUCH HEALTHIER AND OFC THE RESULTS ARE REAL IF YOU DON’T EAT TO MUCH AND DRINK ONLY WATER 😄 THANKS AGAIN MATE 👍🏾

      Update: been doing this workout (15mins) and (10mins) perfect abs for another week everyday and been really enjoying it and i can see good results, my Abs are now stronger and my chest and arms are looking bigger and stronger, gonna keep doing this but in next 4 days i have to go on Vocations beach for 4 days sooo no workouts for 4 days but imma come back stronger than ever❤️

      If you squeeze your butt the whole time during workouts it'll get stronger
