This car got zero stars safety rating is so concerning people will just buy this smh
Setuju 👍
Entered Brunei already. And Bruneians are mostly sheep
No wonder can sell very cheap in Malaysia... Cut cost on the integrity of the body.. you can see on the oblique pole test and side impact... The damaged part is tooo deep.. hitting the occupant.
If MG improve the integrity of the body... I don't think they can sell it below RM100K for IMPORT complete build up(CBU) unit..
At first I was fall in love and interested with this model.. With the 7 years drivetrain unlimited milage warranty. 5 years unlimited milage warranty.
But when I saw the integrity of the car body... Nahh.. skip it
ZERO star means the top score❤❤❤
Wwwwwow
Ahahahahahahah
Just curious why 0 star. This video shows MG5 is successful in all road tests.
The MG5 scored 0 stars as it performed poorly in all 4 of our safety pillars, you can read more about it here: www.ancap.com.au/safety-ratings/mg/5/4bb20f
@@ancapcrashtests Thanks.
@ancapcrashtests your safety pillars are pretty shit though.
Under these new pillars all the cars will get either 0 or 1 star overall rating, because no matter how good a car is in terms of safety it will still get 0 or 1 star in safety of the person it collides with.
Will ultimately lead to Australians stop believing in your safety crap once they get to know how you rate the cars.
@@randombully3798 The current four pillars of ANCAP assessment have been in place since 2018, and since then, over 170 vehicle models have been rated. 151 of these (88%) have achieved the top 5 star ANCAP safety rating. Only 2% (4 vehicles) have scored a 0 star or 1 star result. You can check all of our ratings at www.ancap.com.au/safety-ratings
@@randombully3798imagine thinking you have any clue about what you are talking about lmao
I expected failed integrity of the passenger cell to get zero stars. Over emphasising driver aids these days imo.
The MG five was rated (37 per cent) in Adult Occupant Protection crash testing which is the low of the lowest if your car was rated this, would you feel safe?
Zero starts just because it doesn’t have ‘enough’ annoying safety aids that ANCAP requires carmakers to include in their cars. The ommision of center airbags (between drivers?) and seat belt pre-tensioners might also cause them to rate this car zero star. The lack of info on how they deduct points on these cars nowadays makes me less dependent on ANCAP ratings if I ever want to see vehicles safety performance.
If this toyota will they get 5 star?
Yeah, the 2023 vios get good score but didn't actually that different from this one
Rather push a safety MG TF than drive a dangerous MG5.
0 stars? Orly? this is fake test
Yes I think so..Impossible.
This test is fake , this car don't deserve 0 star
Waduh kok bintang 0😢
Cut corners to reduce price to sell mass units.
@@Brendo95yeah right cut the price my ass. In my country this car price can buy Honda City
I don't quite understand the scoring criteria, so I can't comment on the crash test part. The final automatic braking was successful, but it still didn't get a single star.
The structure was stable but the ADAS are not enough and this MG5 has no pretensions about seat belts so have 0 stars
@@afvsvazquez7300This video shows MG is successful in all road tests. Why you think ADAS is not enough? There is a part 2 of this test video?
@@robinm4403 nop but in the ancap page shows some options about ADAS and this model dont have aome of them
The MG5 performed poorly in each of our four pillars of safety. The full safety report which contains more information can be found here: www.ancap.com.au/safety-ratings/mg/5/4bb20f
@@ancapcrashtestsyour pillars of safety are just bunch of ADAS and AEB?... that does not define the practicality of the car and it's integrity.
